            This HOA is nothing short of fraudulent and they are committing extortion. DON'T EVER buy land from this company that involves them as seller or HOA. They have billed me for years that they were not the Land Management company, they have NEVER done any improvements to the land and they will not answer ANY emails or calls. They are billing me $1,500 in the hope that I don't pay and they can foreclose on my property using it for their own profit. I constantly contact them asking for HOA by-laws, documentation of any costs or improvements, etc. and I have not once ever received a response. I am willing to take contact from anyone to discuss these extortive business practices, especially potential customers. I am trying to warn people not to get involved with this company, so they don't have to deal with the issues I am having. They have also gone by other names, so do your research. They change their name regularly to avoid taxes, charges and bad reviews.
