    The internet is completely unreliable. It cuts out constantly and never delivers what they promise. When you call, the reps are polite and try to sound helpful, but it doesn’t change the fact that this company is basically scamming people. They’ll take your money without giving you the service you paid for

    OTR Mobile has been a great company that provided us exceptional internet service. We live in a rural area set back almost a mile from the road. From the beginning, our service was fast and reliable. When we had questions, the chat option was immediate. We recommend this company
    for your internet solution.

    Every day you be online with them if you can connect to have to re boot over and over this is an ongoing problem.

    A month ago, I tried their 15-day trial. Before I tried it, I said I was interested in 5G. I was told they did not have 5G, but one of their Modems was 4G but connected to the major carriers. So I ordered it on their 15-day trial. I had to pay $211 for the initial modem and service. After traveling in 5 different states and not being able to even open an email Within the 15-day trial, I talked to JVincent and he said I would receive a refund after I mailed the modem back. My refund was $80.50 and I had to pay to mail the modem back. A month later they offer 5G. Watch out. My opinion is this company is a rip-off. My 15-day trial cost me $131 plus shipping it back. Be careful people.

    When the OTR Titan I bought works, it works great. When it doesn't work their customer support is very hard to get ahold of because the very odd hours that they have. Who, other than banks, doesn't open support until 10 am? Also, you have to contact them to find out what your data usage is? I had hoped that in today's world there would be better available.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. I got this company when I lived in an RV in the woods because you can take it anywhere, plus they forgot to bill me for a year. I have had problem after problem. I have never hated a company like this before. My router became obsolete so I was forced into buying a new, more expensive one. OTR's packing slip wasn't correct so they harassed me repeatedly about sending in the device that I had sent in already. Every single time I have an issue, including updating a payment method, I have to contact customer service. You have to put all your information in, your complaint, and then when you get a rep, you have to repeat all of it because it doesn't transfer. My SIM card randomly went out multiple times, and they mailed me a new one without my knowledge -- this happened twice: I didn't open the letter right away and they canceled the SIM card. So they had to resend it. I was out of service for days with no updates or information.
    Today was the last straw. My internet service completely went out (I live in a major city). When I contacted them via customer service, I was told it will be hours to check my problem. I work from home. If I do not work, I do not get paid. I paid for an entire month and am being shorted. I requested a credit to my account and was told they could credit for the hours of missed internet, but didn't respond about my compensation -- I mean didn't respond even a word of acknowledgement.
    When I came back to check on how much data my current plan is, I could not access any of my plan information, data limits, previous orders. I also could not remove my payment method to prevent renewal. I had to SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE even though there are LINKS. The LINKS are broken.
    I repeatedly told the rep that I needed to cancel. She repeatedly offered me new options. I did something I have never done. I had to swear at her to FINALLY cancel my service.
    I hate this company. They are terrible. THE WORST.
