We got married here last month. Please read before deciding on this as your venue. We are not a picky couple and are very easy going. Negatives: communicating with them very frustrating. We hardly ever got a response email back and had to practically beg to schedule our wedding meetings. My centerpieces were totally different from the pictures I showed and the colors were wrong completely. I wanted dark jewel tones but ended up with orange and harvest looking colors. It was kind of embarrassing because it looked tacky. My cake was also not what I showed them. It was black and was supposed to have flowers all over it but it had a couple tropical colored petals on it which made no sense. Our minister (who was also one of the wedding coordinators) was a half hour late for our ceremony (!!). They didn't provide the address for the garden venue in advance so I was frantically texting all our guests the day before (it is 813 wildflower ridge road). No one can find it without that address. I arrived at the venue at 425 and Monica didn't even have everything set up. A ton of things were still in bins. The bathrooms were filthy and not cleaned before as promised. Talk about a ton of stress right before our ceremony. Monica also really did not provide any guidance on a timeline. She made my photographer be in charge of that at the end of the night. Any time someone tried to find Monica to ask a question she either could not be found or literally walked away from you. She is very unprofessional and not friendly. We ended up having to pay our photographer another half hour because the timeline was so screwed up. There were no flower petals for the aisle. There were no archway flowers that we discussed several times. A bear ate all of our treat bags which was hundreds of dollars. If you know you have a bear problem you shouldn't leave the venue unattended. My husband was very disappointed with his cigar and bourbon bar. The loft looks like they started painting it then gave up. The bar is also a joke. It's someone's daughter working it who also brought her young child with her. They didn't have ingredients for our signature drinks which we were told would be provided.
