      I don’t understand how they are able to get away with their billing practices! The staff at the local clinic were pleasant and professional. However, we will NOT use or recommend Fast Pace again! Our urgent care insurance copay is $60, but it was determined and told at the visit, $35 is all that would be owed. The $35 was paid at that time. Exactly one month later, an additional $215 was charged to the card without prior knowledge or permission!! We haven’t even received an EOB from our insurance yet. How is this legal?! How is this not stealing? This is NOT good protocol and definitely not good standard of care!
      I had to choose one but ZERO stars is what’s true!

      The front desk clerk in Henderson is very rude w a smart mouth. Her friend came in so she checks them in after I had already checked in on the mobile. I sit there a full hour and after her friend is checked in she says to me " how's your registration going" Then will not check me in like she had just done for her "friend" Tells me to do it on my phone. But mind you she wait an hr after I'm there and he friend is taken back to ask me how my registration is going. There was a total of three of us there. Very rude unprofessional behavior. I will never recommend fast pace of henderson simply because of her.

      The actually physical location staff is absolutely wonderful. The billing department…HORRIBLE! Do not use your card online to pay a copay, they will keep it on file even if you select for them not to and they will charge it. If you have an issue with your bill you’ll never get anyone to contact you in regard to fixing it. Had an error with my insurance which was promptly fixed but resulted in a claim being denied and billed me directly. Once I found out I contacted them to let them know what happened and they are refusing to refile the claim. Even my insurance company is saying to resubmit the claim but they won’t. Now they have charged my card $250 which was not authorized. I had to turn off every card that was used previously for copays due to them trying to pull more. You can’t get anyone to help. The only way to get to a person is through the chat which takes 2 days for responses. It takes a week for a conversation. This seems to be a common issue from what I’ve been seeing which I think is more of a scam since they get more from the patient this way instead of through insurance.

      Fast Pace illegally access my bank account and withdrew $250 when my ex-husband card was denied. We share 1 child, 50/50 custody. He took her to the fast pace. There was a balance left from her visit so they attempted to run his card (per the agreement he signed) which was denied. They then went into her chart and selected the card from her visit prior to this one and charged my card instead. Attempting to get the money back has been a nightmare. Funds finally returned 10 days later. They never attempted to contact him nor me prior to accessing my debit card. Just did as they wanted and didn't care that I was not on the contract and i have also signed their form to never save my card for any visits (I sign a per visit contract at each visit). If I could give negative stars I would. They are a sham company who doesn't care to commit white collar crime. Beware!

      Awful service and absolutely nothing fast paced. The nurse slammed the door in my daughters face as we getting up from the waiting room apparently we didn’t move fast enough which is funny because we sat for 2 hrs after we registered her on line! The attitudes are absolutely awful!!!

      I went in for the flu and was told to come back on Sat. for a follow up and x-rays to verify my condition. I scheduled that apt but was told that on that day they do not do x-rays and of course was charged an office visit. I then received my bill for services but not able to pay my bill. I have called the billing dept 5 times, been on hold for minimum 25 mins each time, left two messages for a callback but still no response. I am worried that eventually this will go to collection. I actually hit different options to get a live person and was told to call the billing number again. What sort of company operates like this?

      I had great experience at Fast Pace Urgent Care after poor service and care where I live.
      The excellent service begins at the front desk. Ms N***** and others are professional, efficient, and caring.
      Ms T**** the nurse I have seen twice since August 2024 to present provides excellent care starting with the interview listening to your needs, diagnosis, and up to the treatment plan.
      She is intelligent, professional, and truly cares about the patient.
      All services ALL visits presented excellent care and experience.
      I have been a health care provider for 44 years in several states and this is excellent health care at its best.

      The local facility is fine but the billing is dysfunctional. Within a couple of weeks they sent a text threatening to deduct my bill from my card before it even cleared my insurance company. Then, when it did clear within ten days they told me it was more than 30 days past due. Not to mention their pay site doesn't work at all.

      I have been seen by a provider for ********** ****** for half a year. My initial appt, after insurance, was $250. That charge I understand and it was charged to my debit card/checking account. That provider resigned and they gave me someone new to see. I had $250 deducted from my checking account on 12/26/24 and then $250 more on 1/02/25. No warning! Then on Sunday, 1/5/25 I got a text stating I would be charged an additional $72 of the balance that was still on my account. In total, $572! I’ve left messages for a return call and have not received. Today after being on hold for 30 minutes, someone took my call and it supposed to be looking into it and would let me know what was going on. After working in the medical field for years, this sounds like a medical fraud. I need an explanation and investigation why this Kris happening to their patients. If it’s 3rd party billing, they may want to fire that 3rd party. After reading previous complaints, I’m not alone. There should be a deep investigation into this business. They claim to “hold themselves to a high standard of care” per their responses to these complaints, but their actions do not reflect that.

      The medical staff is great. Their billing department is the worst I have ever seen.
      Trying to use them for primary care but they bill my insurance incorrectly every time and expect me to pay the difference when I correctly paid my part every time. Then they just randomly take money out of my account. And they are still sending me bills when they are the ones that owe me. Do not use these people. It is not worth the billing nightmares.
