I went onto the Ramsey tax site to find a Tax Pro instead of going back to HR Block this year.I handed this to this person on in February, received them back on 3/15. I signed the e-file forms and emailed them right back to her same day. I was informed TODAY that she has NOT e-filed them yet!!!!!!!! I have numerous emails to her asking her for updates and at one point she told me that since our schedules didn't mesh well, that she would just be returning them to me. I was unaware she actually completed them until she gave them back.I will be going back to HR Block for future.

In Feb. 2021, I gave $4500 to Ramsey Soutions to sponsor a financial literacy curriculum to students in a local high school in *******, ** . May 5, 2021, I received an email from ************************* of Ramsey:"...****************************** (***) begins access to start planning for their courses in July and theyll have access Fall 2021 and Spring 2022. Were in contact with the ************************ Coordinator and well set up the teachers this summer. ??. "I never heard another word. In December 2021, I followed up with the *** contact they gave me, who had no recollection of any conversation, donation, or participation. I called Ramsey, who said they would follow up. Many emails went back and forth with no answers. I suggested other local high schools that I would accept, but nothing. I finally sent a request in Dec. 2022 to get a refund, citing it was a sponsorship, NOT a donation. On their Ramsey Education website FAQ: "Can I write off a Ramsey Education sponsorship on my taxes?" "While your Ramsey Education sponsorship is not a charitable donation, you can write off the sponsorship as a marketing expenses." Exactly. They sold me, and I gave, $4500 to sponsor a school in *******. I am a Realtor, and counted on the contacts, exposure, and interaction with the class that I was promised with the large, prominent local high school where my kids went. They promised benefits they did not provide. I have requested multiple times to have it returned. I have given them 22 months to fulfill their promise. They just said that a small school an hour away is using the curriculum, as if those were my sponsorship dollars. Nope. The entire process screams scam. They are supposed to be a reputable organization, and are using that reputation to take advantage of people. As a small, woman owned business, I take my donations and sponsorships seriously, and do not appreciate being taken advantage of so blatantly. I am happy to provide the entire email chain. Thank you,*****

I was invited to the *** program this summer. The discerning factor in this lead generation source, as they pitched it, was that the leads were Ramsey fans who were warm and better prepared to buy then the average online lead. Further, the leads are specifically provided with brief introductions to three real estate agents and encouraged to interview each. This was such an appealing format. I was told training was $3,000 with a $400 monthly fee and a 30% split at closing. I gave very specific zip codes for my coverage area and was told to anticipate ***** leads annually. I was told that 8 closings per year would be a reasonable conversion rate. Unfortunately, the training is all repurposed material (mostly from other live events), to include outdated pandemic material and snippets from other courses that reference resources that are not available. There was no training regarding the *** interface and zero training specific to the real estate industry. I left thorough feedback that I was dissatisfied with the training and was told I'd hear from someone. There was no follow up. Later, I met my coach who has no sales experience. I expressed my disappointment that a program geared toward agents producing well above average was entry-level. My concerns were not addressed further.I never received one on one coaching as advertised. I participated in the group training calls, which were less engaging than the prerecorded training. Here are the results of this program, four months ($3000+1600) later: 8 leads, 2 of which are not in my zip code coverage. Of the remaining 6, one is another agent that was looking into the program. One responded "wrong number." Some numbers didn't work. Zero have responded to my multiple calls, voicemails, texts, and emails. I have had not had a single interview. I expressed my concerns again in October. Perhaps my coverage area is an anomaly. I would like to assume this and ask the *** program to immediately issue a full refund.

********* had multiple conversations with her coach to address concerns.  We made accommodations to her zip code coverage to make sure we were giving her the best chance at success in the program. On October 26th, ********* and her coach agreed that she would be giving the program an additional 90 days after making changes and was complimentary of the coachs support. On November 19th, ********* sent an email expressing continued concerns and requested to leave the program and be fully refunded of her fees. We provided a partial refund for her November membership fee.  The coach was clear that we would not be refunding her for consuming the digital product, RPT.  On November 28th, she received additional coaching surrounding lead volume and quality. Due to these factors, we are declining the full refund request of $4,600.

I appreciate the response and the opportunity to reply.

The response does not address the failure of the program to provide anywhere near the anticipated lead volume nor, critically, the absence of the touted agent interview process. What makes this program unique and enticing is the alleged quality of the lead and the lead's interest in interviewing multiple agents. Had any of the leads responded to any of my multiple attempts to reach them, it would seem that there was a chance the problem was me and my ability to convert or win their business. That opportunity never existed. This program has a wonderful business pitch but has not delivered a single real opportunity; they were either knowingly dishonest or my experience is unusual, in which case they should confidently stand behind their product and refund me. In either case, I have not received the service I paid for.

For clarification, the "additional coaching" was a call to discuss the logistics and options for leaving the program after confirming that my coverage areas were correct and underperforming. My request for help was sent on 18 Nov. After no response, I asked for help again on 23 Nov. We got on the phone 28 Nov due to my availability. I was deactivated at some point after that without any signature or formal authorization from me to end my membership. I bring this up as a distinction because I had essentially already invested 60% of the annual cost of the program after only four months and expected to have to sign to approve my decision. I was shocked when I found that my account had been deactivated.

I am asking the program to acknowledge that the lead volume was far below what was advertised (in writing, they have already acknowledged that I received all the leads in the area) and that the provided leads did not engage in any interviews, as was emphasized as a distinct advantage over other programs, despite my timely (and repeated) response to their inquiries. This justifies a refund as the service was not provided as promoted.

    Sincerely,

    ***************************

We are disappointed that ********* did not have her expectations met through her experience. Since RamseyTrusted is a marketing program, volume will naturally have up and down trends. ********** willingness to only give the program a limited 3 month window of receiving leads did not allow herself the adequate time in the program to realize the benefits of the program. In ********** email on November 19th she asked who do I talk to about leaving the program?.  The coach responded that he would be able to help process deactivating her account and scheduled a call to talk through the process. Therefore, we do not understand why ********* would be surprised that her account was deactivated based on her request to depart ways. Given these reasons, we are not going to issue any further refunds to *******************

I opened an account with gazelle which is owned by Ramsey solutions, about a week ago. I transferred $1250 to that account to cover my mortgage which was due on Thursday Nov 10. However, without any reason or notification, they closed my account without giving me my money back ! Needless to say, my mortgage didn't *****, now I have a late fee and nobody at gazelle will answer my emails and when calling, the customer service agents act like this is an everyday thing, just taking ppls money etc. Now, when I try to log on there's a message stating they are not doing transfers at the time but we can still access and use our debit cards which is false Because I would of pd my mortgage. The one person I finally got ahold of, told me tht they cldnt tell me why account was closed, fine, but when I asked well what were you not going to notify me especially when you have my money, she mumbled something about ten days thn hung up, ten days is not acceptable especially when it's for my mortgage and it didn't take thm ten days to open, nor close my account with my mom, seems like as soon as I put in for the transfer, not long did they close it, and now aren't doing transfers or whatever! Well, someone better transfer my money bk asap or send tht chk now n not ten days! I can't tell my mortgage company oh, I'll pay you in 10 days etc.

I am rejecting this response because:

FALSE RESPONSE given per the business. They NEVER called me, I had/was calling them on an everyday basis, where, i got hung up on, laughed at, put on wait for over a hour, reached out to corp, everything over & beyond & never got a respond although, i did get an email from them stating someone would get back to me , however, they never did ! The funds were not sent to my bank yet , still, as of today ! They are still giving me the run around even though i provided them with the trace numbers provided per my bank ! THEY ARE GIVING ALL FALSE ( LIES ) INFORMATION to the BBB !

    Sincerely,

I signed up with Ramsey Solutions as part of their ELP program on April 8, 2022. I paid a signup fee of $3,000 and a monthly fee of $350 per month. After 2 months of paying my subscription dues, my monthly dues were refunded but my signup was not. The day I signed up for the program, I discovered that other agents were terminated from the program purely out of broker affiliation. I requested that Ramsey Solutions provide assurance that I will not be terminated for that same reason in writing. The company, Ramsey Solutions refused to provide any such assurance in writing and made vague implications. I expressed my concerns and informed them that I would not be able to move forward if that assurance was not provided. Ramsey Solutions took the liberty to terminate my account without refunding the fees that were paid. The service that they were offering in exchange for fees was a program that put you in their network of local agents that would generate approximately 80 leads per year. Prior to receiving any leads, I was terminated and my $3,000 enrollment fee was not refunded. I did pay 2 months' worth of subscription dues at this point, which was refunded ($350 per month for 2 months). At this point, I reached out to the company and stated that it was not an acceptable resolution from my standpoint and was willing to move forward with the program or they had the option to issue a full refund since no services were rendered. They refused to issue a refund for the enrollment fee and refused to reactivate my account. At this point, I feel like I was completely scammed and ripped off by a larger entity that is just bullying real estate agents that don't have the capacity to fight them in court and they know it. I am beyond disappointed. The resolution that I am seeking is a refund of my enrollment fee of $3,000.

After having multiple conversations with our acquisition team to discuss the program, ****** agreed to our terms in writing and purchased the digital product that has value outside of the membership. He voiced concerns after purchasing RPT and after having a follow up conversation with the acquisition team member, we felt we had subsided his concerns. He had access to the product another month before bringing up his concerns on his call with the coach. We are declining the $3,000 purchase price for that reason. We did however, refund ****** for two months of membership ($700) outside of the digital product since he never activated his membership benefits.
