  I called in to the Ramsey Show expecting to speak to Dave Ramsey himself. I was met with 2 men that I didn't know. I also was unaware it was a live radio show. The first thing I asked was to be kept anonymous. I requested this because the information I was going to share with them had to do with a safety issue for me and my family; it was also a very private matter. One of them announced my name when he came on the line, but again, I was unaware this was a live show. I called back to discuss this with the staff, and though they apologized and removed my call from their website and other platforms in which it would normally be shared, the damage was already done. I even received confirmation that someone from my past had heard my call; this person ran into my parents and told my parents that he heard me on the radio show. This confirmed some of my worst fears: That my/family's safety could be at risk. I have requested a call back from leadership multiple times, but yet nothing has been done. I have had to push and push for someone to respond, and today, someone finally did. They informed me that they will not be doing anything else to resolve the matter at hand; that they feel them discussing it amongst themselves suffices as a solution, even though they have put me and my family's safety at risk. This multi-million dollar company, with a brand that I have always respected via Dave Ramsey himself, refuses to make right what they have done. They are not a company of integrity, far from Christ-like or accountable for their actions. I will never support them or speak highly of them. A man/company of integrity would've done everything in their power to reconcile what has happened here, yet they refuse. I pray God hold each of them accountable for their failure to act upon a matter that they're responsible for.

  Unparalleled dedication, motivation & Commitment to excellence. Jenna M****** From the Ramsey Real Estate Team has superb efficiency in real estate education and expertise. She expedited all paperwork and coordinated viewings effectively, leading to a super quick sale. Her active approach was evident when she organized numerous open house events that attracted multiple offers.
  Throughout the process of selling my home in Lawton, Oklahoma, Jenna was incredibly communicative. I currently live out of state, and she was aware of the time difference to ensure I was aware of everything. She promptly answered calls and emails, keeping me informed of updates with a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm. I believe that an agent’s ability to solve problems effectively is a critical skill, especially when unexpected issues arise. Jenna ensured that transactions stayed on track. Her ability to clearly explain complex contract details shows how knowledgeable and well-versed she is.
  Jenna’s professionalism was consistent as all my questions were answered and she provided sound trustworthy advice. Her reliability was crucial during the closing stages, ensuring a smooth final transaction.
  It has been a blessing to have Jenna as my Realtor. All that positive energy along with motivation and dedication is exactly how I anticipated an “AMAZING” real estate agent should be.

  This is in regards to one of Dave Ramsey's trusted CPAs sending me a customer's fully populated taxpayer questionnaire loaded with all their personal information. When I raised this with Ramsey Trusted customer relations, I didn't feel this matter was given adequate importance, nor did they go out of their way to rebuild my confidence. I now have grave concerns about the company's handling of customer information, and as a result, I have elected not to subscribe to this service.

  I paid for and used the Ramsey Solution tax program which I trusted as it was "Ramsey Approved". My Federal Tax appeared to be correct, however, when the program automatically migrated it over to my State Tax, it had numerous mistakes making it appear that I owed almost 4K because it didn't separate my "Non Taxed Il. Pension Plan" - I had to redo all this by hand with forms I got directly from the State of IL and only owed 1,600 on interest I made during the year versus the almost 4K Ramsey Solutions tax system wanted me to send in. My issue with them, was how many other folks from Illinois who are retired used this "Ramsey approved Tax program" and are now cheated out of a few thousand. The response from the Ramsey rep was "I am not a tax specialist". I get that, but hmmmm, someone should double check the tax program. I let them keep my money and have screen shots and print outs to prove every step of my case, I will just be vigilant in making it known to other senior citizens to be weary and have their State Tax doubled checked before filing, especially if their State doesn't tax social security and retirement pensions.

  I ordered a book from Ramsey that came with several items and accidentally deleted my email. I called the customer service and was immediately taken care of. My email order was found and they sent the link for me again within a few minutes. Very helpful. Thank you so much.

  Ramsey Solutions was offering Financial Coaching Training to become a Coach. I purchased a service for the training called FCMT on 3/28/2022 and on 4/11/2022 reached out to the company for a refund of $1395.00. An employee stated that they could not refund, but would put my training in a limbo state for future use. I reluctantly at the time agreed. As it is now over a year and I do not intend to utilize the service, I am requesting a refund. I am trying again to file a dispute thru my bank and have made multiple attempts to reach out to the department this week for a request for a refund. The policy was 7 days to cancel. My request exceeded those 7 days. I am hoping that the company will reconsider this refund as I do not wish to utilize the service and have made repeated requests to get my money back. I am again trying to gain a refund as I am not using the training or have any intention of using their training.

  Update from 6/30/2023 ****** ** I give company a thumbs up for providing me an 100% refund. My advice is pick up the phone and dialogue with people sooner to avoid this escalation. Thanks again for the refund.

  I would not engage with any Ramsey-recommended resource. I tried their recommended tax specialist and was deeply disappointed. Obviously there are lawsuits about him with timeshares. You can read all about it. *******************************************************************************************************************************************  
  I do not trust Dave Ramsey or anyone associated with him for anything else. Just another greedy enterprise hiding behind Christian values.

  My wife and I purchased the Dave Ramsey financial institute package 10 years ago. We did it through our church and watched it along with other parishioners. I was already building a second IRA at the time, but had financial obligations that needed shored up. My wife and I agreed on each step and made a pact along with a plan to get started. We became debt free 3 years ago. Paid the mortgage off 6 years early!!! Being debt free has changed our lives. I retired at age 59. I have a net worth of 1.3 million. Dave’s plan works and we will never go back in debt. We are living the true American Dream.

  Think twice before engaging with any Ramsey-recommended resource. I tried their recommended tax specialist and was deeply disappointed.
  * Of the communication effort, it was all electronic - she didn't want to meet me, just wanted my data - I insisted on dropping the data off in-person so that I had some visual and could begin to build a business relationship
  * Of my request for tips to prepare for 2024 tax season, there was none
  * Of her offer to review my 2022 return for possible errors, it wasn't done without my reminder
  * Of the refund amount received, literally 98% went to the tax preparer
  While Dave Ramsey's guidelines for getting out of debt are common sense and good to continually push for, I do not trust Dave Ramsey or anyone associated with him for anything else. Just another greedy enterprise hiding behind Christian values.
