      If I could leave negative stars I would. This company is fraudulent and the agents help the policy holders commit fraud. I’m listed on a policy that I should not be listed on I’m continuously told I’ve been removed but the Trexis app says other wise. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN RIGHT ALONG WITH THE AGENTS THAT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

      I have never seen an insurance company ran so ship shod as this one. Takes the payment when ever they please. Will not set up the payment date to coinside with the customers retirement pay on the 3rd. Has taken their payment up to 5 days after due overdrawing the customers account and royally don't care. About their customers or work with them. I feel they need to be investigated and or audited

      The customer service for this insurance company has been horrible! The claims guy who called my husband was accusatory, demeaning, and all around rude. When asked for his supervisors name and number, he claimed he could not give it out for “privacy reasons.” I wish that enough bad reviews was enough to shut a place down because it seems the only people who have issues with this company, are people who are victims of their drivers.

      Absolutely worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Filed my claim, my representative never called me..I had to call her to get things going. Every interaction we’ve ever had was because I reached out her, she’s never contacted me not one single time since this claim began over a month ago. Hardly answers the phone- can’t leave her a voicemail. Claims you can email her yet I’ve emailed on 7 different occasions and never received a response. Claimed she was waiting on police report..police dept told me it was never even requested from my representative. So I had to get report myself and send to my representative. Don’t provide any suggestions as to body shops. I’ve personally had a body shop tell me they refuse to work with them because they’re so awful. My representative is completely unprofessional. Trying to give me a rental approved for only a compact car and I’m having a SUV repaired. Just one thing after another.

      If I could give no stars I would. Person hit my car then said they had an estimate. Had to hear from the other person insurance because Trexis would answer my calls that they denied the claim and said I was at fault. Pay 400 dollars a month for full coverage anyway. As soon as I can I getting rid of this insurance don’t answer claim in a timely fashion if I didn’t her from the other insurance I would be in the dark and probably have my license suspended.

      Vehicle was involved with another vehicle insured by trexis insurance. Their policy holder was cited at fault for this accident. They claim that it will take a month for them to complete their investigation in the accident despite providing the police report. My vehicle according to a reputable body shop states should not be driven post accident as it could cause further damage. This insurance company does not care at all and keeps insisting that I run it through my insurance. Biggest joke of an insurance company i have ever dealt with!!

      Horrible experience. Stay away from this Insurance company. They don't get back to you about claims and are extremely unprofessional and discouraging.

      I see why this company has F in business rating the agents professionalism is very poor the claims guy hung up in my face after discussing and denying my claim. His name is ******* and he needs to be investigated and terminated immediately he is a poor representation of this company. I would give zero stars if I could! SMH

      They ****! Try to get a refund on you car insurance premium is a joke! I had one day used on my premium which was 100.65 and got back only 60.00. They said they have processing fees. ********! They are a ripoff. They give you a virtual card that's a pain to use let alone find out your balance! Don't use them!

      ****, works for Trexis Insurance and she is untrustworthy. She goes along with attorneys denying clients out of their personal injury claims.
