On 4-25-25 our car was struck by someone who had insurance through Trexis. Pictures were sent for a claim of the damages to the car. An estimate for ****** was made and a depreciation check for the same amount was made. When the car was fixed the damages were over $3000. So they lowballed everything. They paid the shop to fix the car but failed to send the difference in depreciation. I spoke with ***** ******* with the Franklin ***** location, to try to resolve this matter but was unsuccessful.Business Response

On 5/9/25 my truck got stoldenn out of my driveway. They did recover my truck. They have not made an effort to reach out to me to try to settle the case.They won't even answer their phones. I had rental insurance through them not one time did I get a rental car they told me i would have to wait until they send me several papers i would have to sighn. I didn't receive the papers until 5/24/25 i think. When I say they won't answer the phones they won't answer for no one the sheriff even tried to call her he won't she won't even return his calls. He was trying to get it hold of her so we can get the truck released tell her to send someone down to get it but she won't even return nobody's call I've never seen anything like it. I didn't know when the last claim I had I didn't realize I had to send send it back into you or I would have did that.The first claim was canceled here. If you type in the insurances name on ****** it will come back with nothing but negative reviews on everything will not return calls there's hundreds of them on it I'm not the first ****** they're doing it to.Customer Answer

My complaint is against Trexis insurance company. I have been paying them $388.49 per month for car insurance. They never bothered to contact the agent where I pay my insurance to let them know there was a problem with my daughter's NVR so we went through the steps to get it fixed. My agent was able to pull up the *** they sent it over to the Trexis insurance company., But the insurance company is still claiming nothing was ever sent to them, and there was multiple times that the agent had sent things over They never contacted us until a few days before the bill was due. We got it fixed before the bill was due, and they still not adjust the amount that I owe them. The only thing that is on my daughter's is a speeding ticket which is only one point on my insurance policy. I have asked them on numerous occasions to fix the issue and theykeep saying they haven't got the *** yesterday. I talked to them again, so did my agent and we have gotten no headway on this, and I the day of overcharged me since August of last year, and I feel something needs to be resolved from this. I don't like paying more than what I actually owe on any of the Bills and they won't fix the situation and they was very rude to me on the phone they also keep telling me that they have to run this report this report and I am so done with them telling me they have to keep runningall these other reports and they're charging it to me. They keep saying they have to run a $25 report and they say now they have already five and I think it's what they keep doing is adding that to my bill on top of everything else that they keep doing and I would like to see some results as for them to stop charging me the amount that they are charging me when there is nothing on the report other than a speeding ticket they need to adjust the that I've actually owed since August. they never even made any adjustments even when my renewal come out on the insurance and we have asked them to fix the problem no more excuses.Business Response

0n 5/9/2025 my 2005 dodge diesel got stold from my driveway. I have full coverage Trexis insurance on my dodge that was stolden. They finally gave me a call 8 days after my truck was stolen. They sent me a letter saying they've been trying to get a hold of me which was a lie I got my phone record to prove it. This is 25 days later I have not heard from them since they will not return a call they will not do nothing I had rental insurance I did not get a rental vehicle I did not get nothing they will not return my call all I want is my Dodge replaced or my money to go buy another one but they will not return my call. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my auto insurance policy with Trexis, which was arranged through Acceptance Insurance.Heres a summary of the situation:On February 25, 2025, I paid $151.99 as the down payment for my policy.On March 25, 2025, I paid the first monthly payment of $59.80.I was entitled to two discounts: one for having a continuous six-month insurance policy before starting this one (proof of which I provided) and another for setting up autopay.However, in April, I noticed no funds were withdrawn from my account. I confirmed with Acceptance that autopay was still set up. Despite this, Trexis showed I owed around $99, claiming I had lost both discounts one due to supposedly not qualifying for the prior insurance discount (even after providing proof), and the other because they claim there were insufficient funds for autopay.I have bank records clearly showing that funds were available in my account well in advance of the due date. Despite repeated efforts to clarify this through Acceptance and directly with Trexis, I was met with rude customer service and was even hung up on when I tried to resolve the matter myself.Business Response

No response from insurance company or supervisor and multiple calls and emails. Reached out to claim adjuster supervisor, and also his supervisor and still no callback after multiple calls and emails the worst customer service ever claims adjuster Rude. On February 10, 2025 I was involved in an accident in the city of ***********, ****. I was rear ended which resulted to major damage to the rear of my vehicle. The initial damage estimate was written by ****** ********* *************************************** ************, ****** ***** ************) on 02/24/2025 which is 14 days after the accident. It took me 3 days to actually speak with someone in person. It did not get to the Body shop ***************** of ***********************************************************************************************************, ************) until 02/27/2025. I am currently in a dispute with the body shop over additional damages that I believe occurred while the vehicle was in their possession. I was enlightened to the fact that insurance companies take pictures of the entire vehicle so as not to be liable for damages unrelated to the accident. I have tried to contact ****** several times to retrieve these pictures to see if this damage was present before the car went to the body shop. I also Have questions in regards as to why they did not take pictures of my vehicle when it was picked up from the Impound lot in rocky river ****. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. There is other damage to my vehicle that was not there before the accident but was there after they transported the vehicle to their lot. On 12.29.24 we was parked in a parking spot haven't gotten out of my vehicle a **** escape small suv. A **** f150 truck (******** **** and female) was backing into the spot in front of me backed into me. Got out to see if any damages. My bumper which is plastic had been cracked. The female passenger stated that crack was not due to them backing into me. Employees of the business already had came out. The female stated I have isaurance. Called dispatch Officer came the female was still stating that they didn't cause damage to my vehicle the employees advised the officer that he could review the footage. He asked the employees if there was contact a d they said yes would you like to review it. After he reviewed the footage he stated that due to we was on private property to fill a form out he gave us both and exchange info. He got both parties DL info. Stated that there would be a report available online. Called got a claim number and adjust which took several weeks cause that adjuster was on vacation then he couldn't handle the claim due to it was in ky so I was give another adjuster which everytime I called she was on the other line or no answer. Finally after a month she got my statement. I provided pictures of the damage to my vehicle. After numerous calls she told me that the claim was denied due to there customer stated that they didn't back into me. I advised her that there was a report online. So I had to do her job and get that report. On incident report the officer didn't indicate he reviewed the footage. Still claim got denied cause they have to protect their customer who clearing lied. Why **** the officer make a incident report if there was no contact? So ins can decide. Officer *** have said i crazy for calling to report something tht didn't happen. I wasn't at fault I'm gonna call me lawyer not my ins it's gonna cost more then a $200.00 bumper. I purchased Trexis Insurance in October 2024 and was pleased until I had to place a claim for damage a deer did to my vehicle. It took them almost ************************************************************************************************************** within ***** hours. After hearing nothing I placed a call on Monday after numerous voice mails had been left on Friday with no return phone call. On Monday I finally was able to get a supervisor to call me back who informed me that they claim had been assigned to a company and was given the contact information for said company. In turn I called the company to in turn be told that they had informed the adjuster that they had no one to service my area and they closed their end of the case. The adjuster was told this information at 1350 and he had called me at 1341 and was on the phone with me for 10 minutes so he was aware before the call was disconnected. So I then called the supervisor back to which guess what I had to leave another voicemail and now 24 hours later have not received a call back. I want them to find an adjuster to come do an estimate on my car as Monday will be 2 weeks and the car is still sitting on a trailer in my parents yard. They are not timely with returning phone calls or handing claims and I will be contacting a lawyer to discuss my options because they don't have a problem taking $512 of my money a month!!Business Response
