    Carrington & Harrison from Road Runnerz were professional, helpful, careful, and fast when they unloaded our large POD in White House, TN. Even after everything was out and in the house they offered to reposition furniture and assist as needed. Very thankful to have gotten their assistance.

    This company lied to me three times and never showed up for my moving job. I booked this company through ****** to help me with a move regarding a U-box. I made the reservation a few months in advance.
    On the morning of my move (scheduled for a 10am move), the driver called me that ****** did not have a truck available to rent and that his personal truck tire blew out (lies #1 & #2). It is the company's responsibility to know where the U-box is located and to book the truck in advance. However, I was able to resolve the issue, and found an available ****** truck. I had everything under control with ******. All I needed was someone to pick up the U-box for me. I spoke with the owner of the company several times and she assured me the tire was also fixed. Both problems solved.
    After I booked the truck separately, ****** contacted me that the movers never called them back to proceed. The owner of Road Runnerz called me that the driver's wife went into labor. I then spoke to the driver who said someone on his crew had a family emergency (Lie #3).
    This company was very kind throughout this process, but continually came up with excuses to reschedule my move. This all happened the day of my move. It would have been fine if they reschedule in advance, but Road Runnerz left me stranded on the day of my move. I spoke with the owner ,Danielle, and the driver Johnny throughout the morning. This is unacceptable behavior. Hopefully I receive a refund for these services not rendered.

    ******** is not the owner of Road Runnerz nor does he speak for my company. On your order there was not pick up location for your Ubox, this cause my employee to search multiple locations to locate your box which was an additional unpaid three hours. After finding your box, we were giving you solutions, which all were unacceptable by you. It is on ****** to update us on location of your box which they failed to do. Please refrain from further slander or legal action will be taken..

    This company is unprofessional and distructive. They moved my belongings out of my apartment into a storage and we’re handing my things as if they were worthless. In the process they destroyed my 65” flat screen tv, my daughter’s wooden bed that was only 2years old and in excellent shape as well as my bathroom cabinet. I was in contact with the company filing a complaint, then all of a sudden the company stop responding to my emails. Without even compensating me for damaging my belongings. I’m so upset that they would not try to replace my belongings. They aslo deactivated my account so that I couldn’t leave a review. A relative told me to contact the BBB to leave a review. I wish I could’ve uploaded the photos of the damage. BEWARE of this company.
