    I am rejecting this response because: After we eventually agreed on $7,250 for the damages on 8/2/2023, to date I have not received the funds. I followed up by phone 8/16/2023 at which point **************** said they payout quarterly and when I asked when I would receive the funds he said he'd have to check with his office but probably not till October or November sometime because they don't just have those funds sitting around. I advised this is not acceptable and I cannot wait that long and advised I expected payment forthwith. I offered him my address to send the funds and he refused saying his office would get that from me when they were ready to send the funds. He said he'd contact his office and make it happen sooner and promised me he'd call me back but as of 4:15 PM on 8/25/2023 I've not heard back from him or his office. It should be noted the only way I can get through to him and get any answer is to call from a private number, leading me to believe he has my personal cell number blocked.

    ***** Mixlity and advised me he'd fired the three employees over this issue and other complaints. I worked to get lists of the items and replacement costs together, as he requested, which took several months given relocating, job search, and family health issues. I offered to send pictures (before and after) of the damages but he declined, saying he only wanted to put them in the face of the employees when he got their statements to show them what they had done, and that he believed I/we were being honest about the damages. I reached back out to him in July of this year with the estimated replacement cost of the items damaged which was about $12,000. I deducted 25% for normal ************ despite some of the items being in mint condition, and asked him to reimburse $9,000. They offered $6,000 and we declined and are at an impasse as they now refuse to answer calls/texts or even a message on the company ******** page, asking for a fair and equitable resolution, so we don't have to seek legal recourse.

    As stated to the customer that claims payouts are conducted quarterly and is not dependent on the an individuals personal timeline. As told to the customer will try to push for a sooner date and I was successful. First installment of the $7,250 will be processed on 15 Sep followed by another of on the 30 Sep 23. 

    15 Sep: $3600

    30 ***************************** will reach out to customer on the 14th and 29th of September to get the address for payment. They will not reach out until these date as phone conversation are becoming combative. 

    -Customer in not blocked from contacting me.
