      This is a price gouging company.
      You have no way of knowing if your meter was read correctly since they do remote reading. This is to their advantage.

      They drilled through my siding and wall to move their box into my garage. I have had nothing but issues with connectivity since this time. The Internet is even slower than before, which I did not think was possible! The last time it went out the lady at CDE told me it looked like my ethernet cable and that it would be a minimum $60 to send someone out. I went into Gagrage unplugged all their stuff, plugged it all back in and there was the internet! They always want to blame your equipment and they have slowed my speed down tremendously!

      Just received my bill and noticed that it is substantially higher than usually. I hop on fb and see a post in the Clarksville chat stating that so many other people have seen a ridiculous increase in their bills as well this month. This is NOT acceptable. We need a better electric company.

      1 star, because I can't leave a 0. These people shut off power to a house I JUST closed on while I was in the middle of transferring services. Set up account, and they still have not been out to turn the power on. Wish we could all slack at our jobs without repercussions like these people, what a life that must be.

      Disconnected services and requested my refund ,the over 800 deposit that was required
      Last bill been paid they owe me back over 500 and they Said they would not release until 60 days are up.
      The way the economy is and you have MY MONEY and will not release it.
      This company is full of crooks.
      What kind of sense does it make to continue to hold My money!!!!. Crazy thing I ever heard. Why 60 days.
      Last bill paid. Our business is done.
      Release my money!!!!

      I received my billing for the current month and was surprised to see an additional $100+ dollars on my bill. At first I thought my payment was applied wrong and it was an error but then I called and was informed that " There was a glitch in our system and did not have the billing for internet on last months bill".
      I asked if there was any notifications sent out via mail, an email blast done and maybe I overlooked it, or something letting CDE consumers know that there was an issue and it will be on next months billing and the representative stated no. I also went on their ******** page to see if they possibly posted something to get the word out so no one would be too surprised but they didn't even do that. I find this highly unprofessional and a blatant disregard for their customers. I will be looking for a new internet provider, unfortunately my electric will have to stay their due to my location but proper communication is key.

      I my WiFi has been out for 4 days. I was told that it’s was a cat5 cable that needed replace. And it was my responsibility and if they have to come out here to replace it that it would be 60$ since it’s a five dollar cable and I can fix myself. It’s crazy because only had the service for a month so idk how the cable would be bad. But I bought one and of course it wasn’t the fix which I already knew. So I have currently been on the phone for a hour waiting for a live person. I also emailed them maybe to get an answer and they said the same thing that they could schedule a person to come out and fix the “cable” but I will be charged 60. I’m a student and work at home so I have had to take my kids in my car to sit outside ********* to get my things done. So they **** and I’m ****** I wasted my money -100000 stars!

      This pertains to phone and internet. It has been seven days since the storm and I still do not have phone or internet at my house. My power was restored the same day. That was a great job considering all the outages. I have called several times asking when I might expect my services to be restored. No one will even give me a ballpark figure. Today was my 4th attempt at answers. The tech person states oh we're showing your service has been restored so she would change that back to no service. I guess that puts me at the bottom of the list again. I spoke with a supervisor who had no more information but sure did have attitude. It took two tries to get her full name. Again, no idea when service will be restored. They don't seem to care that I have been a customer for over 10 years. She told me to go ahead and find another service. I could check the internet or call to change services but that's right, I don't have phone or internet. Very frustrating trying to deal with CDE. Low marks on customer service. Don't care whether senior citizen has a phone (lifeline) or not. Shame on CDE.
