We had an extremely disappointing experience with Freightwaves. Despite signing an agreement with them, it took an excruciating two months just to receive a login for their software platform. This delay immediately set a negative tone for our relationship. To compound matters, when we attempted to reset our password six months later, Freightwaves was totally unreliable. We have been connected with multiple individuals but we had a feeling that they have been playing Ping-Pong with our request. Being sent from one person to another with no real solution left us disappointed. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance, they never agreed to help. It's utterly unacceptable for a company to neglect such a basic customer service need. Frustrated by their lack of support and responsiveness, we made the decision to withhold payment for the remaining portion of our agreement. Instead of addressing our concerns, Freightwaves escalated the situation by involving a collection agency. This aggressive action only served to exacerbate our dissatisfaction. While we attempted to explain our side of the story to the collection agency, Freightwaves took the low road once again by hiring another agency after the first one dropped the case. This behavior demonstrates a complete disregard for customer relationships and a willingness to resort to bullying tactics rather than resolving issues amicably. Overall, our experience with Freightwaves was nothing short of a nightmare. Their incompetence, lack of customer service, and unprofessional behavior make them a company to avoid at all costs.
