  Dennis was thorough and professional. Answered all my questions and if he didn’t have the answer, he asked his office..
  He didn’t do the high pressure salesman thing which I appreciated. This is exactly what I expected.
  The product line looked quality and I will put this company at the top of my list when making my final decision.

  Wonderfully service. We got windows and doors and they are perfect. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient workers. Especially with the doors. He had a hard time. I would recommend them. In fact my mom had hers done and they were a recommendation. Loved them.

  My step in tub spews junk out of the hydro jets. For 6 months I've asked to have it fixed many times they couldn't fix it with bandaid tries. I've spent a lot of money for this piece of junk. Can't use it! I'm ready to rip it out and put in a step I. Shower. And sue!

  Stay away from Southern Industries. Worst company I have ever had contact with. They apparently schedule everything from their corporate office and then confusion reigns. They scheduled an appointment day and time, but no one showed up.
  I called them after waiting 10 minutes and the same guy that set the appointment answered. He said the appointment "had not been confirmed" and he "would check on it". After listening to their hold music for 10 minutes with no return, I hung up, (Standard practice to put you on hold to get rid of a call??).
  I called the number back. This time a lady answered, said she saw on their system that the appointment time was there but it "had not been confirmed". After a lot of confusing, elusive, canned statements she said she would put me through to a manager. Finally the Southern Industries call center manager answered and with more discussion he said they don't even do gutter repair, only new gutters. (I had clearly described my project to the first person that set up the appointment as being repair, caulking and possibly adding gutter leaf guards.)
  I requested that my name and address be deleted from their system.
  Most confused company I've seen. Apparently the "Corporate" office sets up the appointments, then expects their divisional companies (like subcontractor companies) to pick up the job and then "confirm" the appointment with a customer. But the customer isn't informed that the appointment must get 2nd calls "to confirm". Stay away from Southern Industries.
