    Austin did a great job previewing the siding products. He spent plenty of time going over every detail and question that I had. The general manager answered all of my financing questions promptly. Scott was on time and thorough when he came and did detailed measurements before the job. And the work crew was absolutely fantastic, surpassing my expectations!

    Met with Austin, and he was very patient. Went the extra mile to explain the integrity of the company, and the quality of the work. We were shown what the finished product would look like, and offered help with the pricing. We are looking forward to having the work completed.

    I bought windows for this company and they installed them, however when I had water coming into the window sill I called them to come look at it. They came out and the first person said We need to replace the window. The next 2 people put calking in and around the glass. I have called you for a few years and no one wants to help me with the faulty windows that are letting in hot air and heating up the room. I purchased them as you were at ***'s **** and I trust ***'s for the quality of the companies they allow to do business in their establishment. I will call ***'s and let them know.
    Also, if your company is with the BBB I will let them know of the service I have received. ****** ****** if you want to call and make this right.

    Dennis is easy to work with and he gets things done. I am very pleased with his performance/work. I had a few issues with getting my shower and windows but Dennis helped get the projects done. I am very pleased with the products. Southern Industries have issues with their workers but they bent over backwards to resolve my issues and make me satisfied/whole.
