"I am writing in response to your several emails regarding Wichman Monuments, Inc. Wichman Monuments is closed and will not be back in operation in the future as far as I'm aware. Wichman Monuments has turned over its assets which were not encumbered with financing statements to A&R Holdings in an effort to satisfy its customers. This plan will not satisfy all of the debts owed to vendors or any other person who is not a customer. A&R is doing its best to quickly sort through, categorize, find manufacturers for and complete as many orders as are possible under the circumstances. Any orders which cannot be filled will be refunded to the customer in the full amount paid. We have, thus far, made plans to resolve approximately 50 orders promptly and we expect to have firm plans to resolve another significant bundle of contracts this week.
We are working with several local monument manufacturers to accomplish this process swiftly, accurately and with sensitivity to the fact that customers ordering monuments for their loved ones are eager for the resolution of these matters."
