    WARNING: DO NOT do business with this company. They have a lot of items/products posted on their website as available, however, a lot of them are backordered or discontinued and there is no way for the buyer to know this because they will charge your credit card for these items/products and they never communicate with you to make you aware that they're backordered or discontinued. It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone through their customer service number. It is just a voicemail. So you have to send numerous emails to try to get them to refund you for the backordered/discontinued items/products. I am still waiting on them to send my refund to my credit card. I am doubtful due to their lack of communication. If I do not receive my refund then I will dispute the charges with my bank, in addition, to filing a formal complaint with the BBB. Also, be sure to read all of the numerous bad reviews and complaints on the Better Business Bureau website. I will NEVER ever do business with them again. You have been warned.

    Placed a second day delivery on dec 27th have not received it and was charged for the express shipping. Tried to use the contact info they suggested and it does not work. Placed another order on jan 7th and still nothing received. They have not sent a tracking number for either package, I contacted the credit cards used and they will try to recover my loss. I have sent emails trying to get answers..I am very disappointed with this company and their services.If you decide to order from this company think twice because I am still waiting on someone to get back to me within twenty four hours after leaving on their phone as they requested. If I do not receive my packages by tomorrow jan 14th I will be contacting the Attorney Generals office and file a report,

    I ORDERED 3 PACKS OF HAIR FROM GMBSHAIR ON JUNE 20TH,2024 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY THING FROM THEM I EMAILED THEM ABOUT 5 OR 6 TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER,TRIED TO CALL THE PHONE NUMBERS ON THEIR SITE NO ONE ANSWERS WITH SOME RECORDING SAYING WAIT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT 2 TIMES AND THEN IT ENDED I SPENT $164.92 THEY ALREADY GOT MY MONEY AND I HAVE NOTHING I HAVE ASKED THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY BACKTO MY CREDIT CARD AND STILL HAVE NOT GOT A RESPONSE YET I AM ON A FIXED INCOME AND IF THE MERCHANDISE IS NOT IN STOCK THEN THEY SHOULD NOT ACCEPTED MY MONEY AND I AM SO DISSAPOINTED IN GMBS HAIR THIS IS NO WAY TO DO BUISNESS.

    It is May 24, 2024 now. I had placed an order on April 20, 2024 and still have not received the item.It was only going to take a maximum of five business days so we had tried to call the customer service number on a couple of occasions after a week or two of placing the order but could not speak with anyone. No one is there just a voicemail. After leaving a couple of voicemails and sending a couple of emails inquiring about the status of the order, the only response was an email stating that the order had been processed to which we replied that we would continue to wait. After seeing some of the complaints on bbb about goldenmartbeautysupply, apparently, their mode of operation is consistent. We are just the latest victims. We would like the item asap or refund asap.

    Do not make any purchases with this fraudulent company. Their website is a scam, the building address is fake, the phone number is fake, the inquiry line is fake. This is a scam. This company withdrew money from my personal back account on 2/1/24 and never provided tracking information or shipped my item. I guarantee they will lie and respond to this post blaming me or they will say my order is being processed. I have reported you to the FBI and US postal inspection. I will do what it takes to ensure you all stop scamming people. Folks work to hard to be taken advantage of by goldenmartbeauty.com.

    This company has taken my money for two items I ordered. No communication regarding the shipment after several months of complaining via email I finally received notice of shipment. One item turned up in my mailbox which was the wrong item and the shipping states my items were delivered. So I was charged for two items but only received one wrong item. Buyer beware.

    This company is a scam. I ordered three weaves and only one came in the color I had ordered. I sent an email asking them to rectify this situation only to have the email to come back to me unknown sender. I called this same company who a man answered the phone saying, the company I odered from was his son, but mind you both father and son have the same name. He refused to answer any of my questions and hung up on me. I know they are being deceptive in their non response. The number that i tried reaching this company "GoldenMartsBeautySupply.com" is the same as GMBShair, Inc. I did notice this week that an URGENT message came up on the website saying it is Fraudelent activity with this company. I called twelve times, kept going to voice mail. They won't pick up. The other number I called the person answered and said he was the father of the person I'm trying to reach. If you are purchasing from this company, I urge you to please don't spend your hard earned money on their products, YOU WON'T GET WHAT YOU ORDERED, THEY WILL SEND YOU ANYTHING. $34.90 is not a loss for me, it's the point of the issue, they are not loyal to their customers. I hope someone listens to me, because I do right by people and I expect people to do right by me, espescially if I'm giving you my business and you decide to not answer my calls to fix this issue. NO need to get mad, people are this way. I believe in "you reap what you sow" I also believe this company GMBShair, Inc aka BeautyMart SupplyStore business is not doing well to stay affloat, I do see why, It's called "Disohestly" You just can't do people this way. It will come back on you and you will fall under your own "KarmaL" I left one star rating because it would not allow me to submit my review, but this company does not deserve not one star from me. Pay attention people, pay attention to pop-up warrnings.

    We placed an order with this company on 8/15/22 not only did we not receive any tracking information after several request. The money was taken from our account without any shipping information. No one ever answers the phone, or return phone calls. Our customer has now canceled their appointment with us and moved on. We would love to have our money back.
