      08.17.2024-Puckett EMS contracted by Catoosa County Government-responded to a call for me at my residence, due to Cardiac Arrest. EMS arrived on scene and removed my body from the residence taking me to the ambulance. Reported to their contracted hospital as an Overdose, which caused 1 to be taken to Park Ridge Hospital-East. 5.8 miles, arrived 20 minutes after my family arrived, still reporting as an overdose, causing PRM-East to delay care until toxicology report came back as NO DRUGS. The content in system was prescribed medication, that I had not exceeded the daily required dosage. Ending in Cardiac Arrest - Lower Ventricle ejection fraction with low potassium causing the cardiac arrest. Taking me to the smaller hospital, causing for run 2 with run reports not showing exact what was reported initially. Not only did they take it upon themselves to act as a doctor, but now "Overdose" is listed a a permanent medical record, although not valid causing me additional issues with hospitals. Filed complaint with Puckett's but they had no findings, which has caused submission of report to TN Department of Health for further investigation with both EMS and Hospital regarding this matter. Complaint - 2 runs receiving more $. Contracted with PRM - which leaves someone like me unavailable to request other hospital to be taken too, which should be against the law! Will never use emergency - first responders in Ringgold, GA due to CATOOSA COUNTY CHOICE TO CONTINUE CONTRACT WITH PUCKETT.

      My wife and I called 911 for an ambulance and Puckett showed up. We were happy with the ambulance team. When the bill arrived, our insurance thru ******** of Tennessee paid them their contract agreed price. While we didn't understand how that all works, Puckett kept billing us the difference stating that we still owe them. The legal department of ******** said that we do not owe anything. So they turned the bill over to a collection agency and we have been hounded ever since.

      Refuses to send bills to the correct address. Sent to collections agency after never sending any bills. Billing department has severe issues.

      On June 13 they transported my husband who had congestive heart failure and was in afib from Erlanger north in Chattanooga TN to Parkridge hospital in Chattanooga. There was a total of three paramedics??? All they talked about was where they were going to get their next Adderall!!!!! All three go to multiple doctors or whoever to get it. How unprofessional can anyone be. How unsafe transporting my husband or any other patients. If I would have known this before they left Partridge I would have called their supervisors right then but they probably take Adderall also. Will never let any one of my family members be transported by Puckett ambulance.
