    Cancelled insurance policy have papers from them proving so and I’m still being charged monthly.

    You indicated that you continued to be billed for your insurance after requesting cancellation. After reviewing your coverage file, we confirmed that your insurance was cancelled following your call to our office on May 13, 2025. The premium for the May 2025 period—the final billing cycle—was fully refunded as a credit to your account on May 22, 2025.
    Please be assured that no further premiums have been billed following the cancellation.

    I had a policy with these people and because I had closed out my account with ***** because I moved an hour and a half away for work that my policy was closed. When I called them today, they said it wasn’t a waste of money that I was billed $45 every three months for two or three years. I think it’s a waste of money because now I have nothing to show for it. This company is a scam. I wouldn’t do business with them at all ever again.

    This Franklin Madison Accident insurance company is disturbing, they don't send billing information to customers. I called and cancelled the policy few months back after paying on their website directly and they continued to bill the credit union I had paid off my car with and then not having any money I'm the credit union any longer after payoff of my car and paying them directly online on their website they hit my credit ruining my lifetime 849 Fico knocking me to a 697... theyvruined a man's credit score I've had since I was 19 or a old over two extra months payments after cancellation! These people shouldn't be in business! Can't wait to hear the lies about this. Called them today haventvheard back yet!

    In review of your payment history, we have confirmed you made online payments; however, an updated account was never provided by you for future premium payments. Per your phone call on November 6, 2024, your insurance was cancelled. This is the last call we have received from you as of today, January 10, 2025. Your cancellation ceased any future premium charges to your account, the last premium billing occurred in October 2024.
    We are not able to respond to any credit issues you have encountered as our company does conduct reporting to any credit agency with regard to premium billing or non-payment. If an insured's premium is not paid, the result is a lapse in coverage and/or termination of the insurance.
    Our Customer Relations Manager, Nick Y****, will be calling you today to answer any additional questions you may have.

    We are in receipt of your concerns, and we are here to help. A general response is provided below. However, as this BBB portal is unsecure and accessible to the public, for your privacy and security we are not providing your insurance details here. Please be assured our Customer Relations Manager will be contacting you today by email with your insurance details and your coverage file records.
    Franklin Madison provides certain services on behalf of your insurance carrier; these services include Customer Service, Billing, and Record Retention. From October 1, 2014, until October 1, 2024, your insurance premiums were collected by your credit union, these premiums are remitted to your insurance carrier to afford you insurance protection. Effective October 1, 2024, the premium collection was transferred to Franklin Madison through a secure, encrypted process. This process resulted in a change to the billing descriptor you see on your statement; however, please be assured this change had no impact to your insurance.
    Your last requested update to your insurance occurred in 2023. Your update prompted your premiums to change; and as a result, you were sent updated policy documentation reflecting this change, a copy will be provided to you by Mr. Y****.

    I was told at my credit union that I had an overdraft due to Fmg taking from the wrong account. I called on July 19th 2024. This was supposed to taken care of. I just received another overdraft fee. I spoke with someone at the company. . I have had this insurance since 2012 how did the account change ? I better not be charged again in January being quarterly because I canceled the plan.

    We are responding to your review regarding the account from which your premiums are billed. We are grateful for the opportunity to assist with your concerns and provide the information we have on your coverage file regarding this matter.
    In review of your billing history, Franklin Madison has debited your premiums from only one account since 2012. We do not have any updates or requests from you to change the account we bill. On July 19, 2024, pursuant to a call with our office, a Change of Account Form was sent to you by email, as of today, the form has not been returned to our office for processing. There are two options available to change the account from which your premiums are billed; 1. completing and returning the Change of Account Form; or 2. online at fmservice.com - please note a one-time payment to an different account does not provide us authorization to bill that account for further premium debits; a person must authorize future billing after making a payment.
    Unfortunately, your October 10, 2024, call to our office was disconnected before the agent was able to obtain the necessary information to process your cancellation; as such your insurance is currently active. To assist you with the Change of Account Form/website, or, to process the cancellation of your insurance, our Customer Relations Manager, Nick Y****, will be contacting you this afternoon. You may reach Mr. Y**** directly at ***************************..

    Horrible!!
    I noticed a strange deduction from my account today for $135. Upon investigation this company Franklin Maddison has been taking $135.00 out of my account since 3/2022 quarterly. I NEVER signed up for this I declined their offer and since they’ve partnered with my Credit Union they think it’s legal to just take my money . I called and they refused to let me speak with a supervisor told me to call back.
    The only way I knew who it was deducting from my account was a phone number no name so I called..
    This company is a SHAM COMPANY FRAUD ALERT PLEASE HEAR MY WARNING!!!

    Good afternoon: Our company prides itself on providing excellence in customer service, and we take statements of Fraud very seriously. We appreciate the Better Business Bureau providing us with the opportunity to correct the misinformation contained in your review. Franklin Madison Group is the administrator for the insurance offered to you through your credit union. We collect the insurance premiums on behalf of your insurance company, the collected premium is remitted to the insurance company to provide your coverage. In review of your insurance file, we have reviewed your December 2021 Activation Form wherein you selected a coverage amount, designated a beneficiary, and by signing the form authorized the quarterly premium billing. Upon receipt of your completed Activation Form, your enrollment was processed, and your insurance documents were sent by First Class US Mail. In January 2022 you submitted the tear-off portion of the form included with your insurance document, confirming the beneficiary designation. On September 6, 2024, you called to inquire about your insurance; in response to this call a form was sent to you; later that same day you called and cancelled your insurance. Copies of your signed forms will be provided to you today, via secure email from our Customer Relations Manager, Nick Y****. We are hopeful after reviewing this information and the forthcoming documentation you will revise this review.
