Called on 4/10 and spoke with ****** Explained to her that I need to adjust my current payment schedule to once a month instead of twice a month due to some health issues that my son was experiencing. She demanded to know who my son’s father was. Told me if I changed how my payments were she would put me in default and place me back in active collection status even though I am still able to make a monthly payment just not at the amount they want me to do. I was also hung up on after I repeatedly told ***** that I am not obligated by law to tell her who the father of my son is. So unprofessional and unwilling to work with you. Never once did I tell her I could not pay anything!!! I just need a payment modification!!Business Response

Was set up on a payment plan with them and my debit card had fraud on it and was shut down the day before my payment was coming out. I have tried calling them several times and left messages and have not received a call back. When I set up payment plan they said any problem with payment will cancel the plan and be put into a garnishment. I don't believe this is right since it is out of my control and they won't answer the phone or call back.Business Response

Accounts Management calls CONTINUOUSLY, there was never any set amount or date payments needed by but they will harass your phone several times a week, your spouse and even my employer. I have asked them to stop and they don't even though I am sending payments in monthly they continue to call an inappropriate amount of times.Business Response

We have been calling to get informed about a debit balance we owe and consistently keep getting dropped or but on hold, transfered then dropped.

They are extremely difficult to get a hold of. They sent me a payment agreement in the mail along with a piece of paper for me to put in my debit card information and I sent it off immediately. I got something in the mail today threatening me that I'm 30 days past due. Can't get a hold of anyone to find out what the hell is going on. Keep threatening judgement.Business Response

Company does not return phone calls nor do they answer there phones when you call to take care of things that need to be taken care of. I have tried to call for over months now and I get no response besides letters in the mail. Now they Wanna go to court over something that could have been taken care of over the phone. Wanted to set up payment plans over the phone but was never able to reach someone was always sent to voicemail. Kinda hard to set up something if no one answer there phone or gets a call back... We have been dealing with this company for months, you call them and get hung up on, this most recent time was hung up on 4-5 times. Call, sent to voicemail, they never call you back, EVER. I spoke to a representative and attempted to explain the circumstances and instead was scolded unprofessionally. I requested a supervisor so the call would be pulled and the issues resolved, of course they never called back.
We settled the issue outside of court and spoke to a representative who told us we did not need to show up because we have a settlement, also a lie. They said within 90 days we could get on a payment plan, also a lie. They do not stay true to their word, they refuse to provide documentation backing their claims, they don’t answer the phone to be able to resolve the issues and when they do answer, they are far from helpful. DONT deal with this company, just hire an attorney.Customer Answer

I have tried to call and try setting up payments for this and I have emailed and they will not answer me. They keep sending me garnishment papers. I can pay $** every month. On the 10th of the month, instead of garnishing my check. Hard to set up payments when they don’t reply.Business Response

I received a collection notice in the mail today from Accounts Management Inc about my bill to ***** ******. Once I reviewed it I called them to ask about it. The lady I spoke with insisted that I owed it & wanted me to pay it today. When I told her that it was paid over a month ago she ****** told me that it would not be in collections if I did not owe the bill & again asked if I could take care of it today or when could I pay it. I again told her that I was not paying it, that this has happened to me in the past where they made an error & sent my bill to collections & shouldn't have. She told me she was in the ****** ***** system & that my bill has not been paid & that I still owe it. I told her I was going to research my records & call her back. Upon my research & calling ***** billing it was discovered that ***** has 3 accounts for me. I don't know why. They applied my payment as a CREDIT to one of my accounts that had a ZERO balance. This means that it was not my error. The lady ***** ****** was going to put the payment where it needed to go & reverse the collection notice. So the lady ** *** was wrong & **** ****. Again just for the record this is the SECOND time this has happened to me with both companies, where they tell me I owe my bill & I have already PAID IT!!
