            I was signed up with two policies, car and renter's, by Becca. A few month's went by ok then I had to call because I changed my credit card info. I spoke with Becca upon closing the call Becca said to me, "Your gross!". I was in shock! I had not one reason to understand why she said that to me but it really stunned me. I called back immediately to talk to her about it, I got El front desk person on the phone and she interrogated me rudely and demanded I tell her why I wanted to speak with Becca and I couldn't bring myself to repeat it to her and I KNOW that she already knew why because it's a very small office. It's so unfortunate that these things happen in RC to people of certain standings, all the time! I filed a complaint with the Insurance Business Office and changed companies. These two woman think it's ok to use their standing in their jobs to harass certain citizens of RC. I feel they need to be held accountable for their harassments and they will be by me. ty
