I wanted to get ahead of this, before it becomes a problem. I recently applied to the loan Bison Green, which is another name they have. I want to withdraw my application, as it seems that I may not actually receive the money.
I do not want the payment day to come and they take money from my account.Business Response

March 26, 2025 approved for a loan they kept messaging until I finally accepted for $200.00 I paid on time everytime and interest was $161.00 total $361.00. I applied on April 25 and was loaned $250.00 and interest $174.07 total $424.07. I went to ask for another loan to just see how much they would charge me and the interest rate. I immediately was denied the loan and than told they no longer do loans in my area that is after I called and called and called and then was able to speak to someone. No explanation on why just no longer in my area. I was unlawfully charged interest that is illegal in Georgia and once I spoke to them about a refund of some of my money back from the interest that is when. They no longer do loans. And I could not contact anyone else I never missed one payment and to just be taken advantage of and than not notified so that I wouldn’t continue getting loans knowing that I would pay a high interest pay and than. They disappear. I have all documentation if needed. Nothing states that my state I’m living in was not a legal state to do loans in. Not to mention the loans came from Iowa. Which could be of many of their locations. I was misled.Business Response

Thank you for bringing your concerns
to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience you
may have experienced, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.
We understand the frustration you
expressed regarding the status of your account, the interest charged on your
loans, and the sudden unavailability of our services in your area. We value all
our customers and take your concerns seriously.
After thoroughly reviewing your
complaint and the phone call you placed to our office on June 19, 2025, we
would like to provide the following clarification:
During your call, you inquired about your account being blocked. Our representative informed you that the loan was already paid in full and that, as of June 10, 2025, we no longer offer loans in the state of Georgia, which is why your account had been restricted.
You also asked whether loans were available in Iowa. Our agent explained that while a bank account with an Iowa address is required, we do not currently offer loans in Iowa either.
We reviewed the call carefully and found that the conversation remained courteous and informative. You appeared to be understanding when the agent explained that services were no longer available in Georgia.
That said, we recognize that the
situation may have caused you inconvenience—especially given your history of
making timely payments and your willingness to continue using our services. We
regret that you were not notified in advance of the service changes in your
state.
In the interest of resolving this
matter and as a gesture of goodwill, we are issuing you a refund of $200.00.
These funds will be returned to you via ACH direct deposit using the same form
of payment originally used. You can expect the refund to be deposited within

I am rejecting this response because: Clearly I’m just now reaching out and really would have liked to get 400$ in total back due to my calculation not $200.00 I still was not given a explanation on why Georgia is no longer a state you give loans to further more that assuming lets me know that I fairly deserve I would like the amount of what my interest rates were give or take $350.00 to $400.00. I never agreed to anything if we could work this out I can move on and honestly give a decent rating on the company and the matter at hand.

I took out a loan with ****** ***** ***** (can't state exact date because the portal won't even show me the account number.) I made 2 payments for $189.00 each. I then fell behind on payments, so I was offered a payment plan. I agreed as I did owe them money, and made 7 payments of $100.00 each. I was not told the two payments of $189.00 would not counted towards the amount owed. I called to discuss it and was told if I don't pay them another $373 dollars it would go back into collections. My loan was for $800.00 dollars. At this point I have repaid them $1,078 dollars (the payment agreement says I owed $1,073 dollars.) An issue occured with my checking account, so they agreed to debit the remaining $373.00 on 7-11-2025 (I have the email verification.) Upon logging into my account today (7- 6-2025) it shows they have sent my account to their collections department and have charged another $100.00 onto the balance owed. As I have repaid the principle amount plus interest -and them sending my account to collections and for a higher amount- I will be making no further payments to ****** ***** *****. I am also revoking ACH and Debit Card authorization. I consider the loan repaid in full.Business Response

On April 22, 2025, I decided to consolidate my debt with Help Financial Group because I was in debt. I decided to consolidated FOXHILL CASH with Help Financial and instead of reading my ACH notice from Help Financial, FOXHILL CASH withdrew $322.50 from my checking account bypassing Help Financial and not contacting them. I know and understand that this was a short-term loan and I owe them this money but when I submitted the ACH Form from Help Financial, they DID NOT follow through. Foxhill Cash continues to withdraw money from my account for three consecutive pay periods. On 5/1 withdrew $107.50; on 5/15 withdrew $107.50 and on 5/29 withdrew $107.50 totaling $322.50. I'm demanding that $322.50 be credited back to my checking account.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I have checked with the Missouri department of finance and the license you sent is NOT a license for the state Missouri. Which makes this loan Voided and illegal. You did not have the authority to do a contract online in the state of Missouri for a loan.

Why choose a BBB Accredited Business?BBB Business Profiles may not be reproduced for sales or promotional purposes.
BBB Business Profiles are provided solely to assist you in exercising your own best judgment. BBB asks third parties who publish complaints, reviews and/or responses on this website to affirm that the information provided is accurate. However, BBB does not verify the accuracy of information provided by third parties, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any information in Business Profiles.
When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints.
BBB Business Profiles generally cover a three-year reporting period, except for customer reviews. Customer reviews posted prior to July 5, 2024, will no longer be published when they reach three years from their submission date. Customer reviews posted on/after July 5, 2024, will be published indefinitely unless otherwise voluntarily retracted by the user who submitted the content, or BBB no longer believes the review is authentic. BBB Business Profiles are subject to change at any time. If you choose to do business with this company, please let them know that you checked their record with BBB.
As a matter of policy, BBB does not endorse any product, service or business. Businesses are under no obligation to seek BBB accreditation, and some businesses are not accredited because they have not sought BBB accreditation. BBB charges a fee for BBB Accreditation. This fee supports BBB's efforts to fulfill its mission of advancing marketplace trust.
