      I’ve been with Cortrust Bank for over 20 years, and I am absolutely furious at how they treated me over $13—yes, just thirteen dollars! They canceled my card without any warning, explanation, or chance to fix it. After two decades of loyalty, this is the kind of disrespect I get?

      When I called to demand a solution, they coldly told me my card could not be reinstated. No apology, no attempt to make things right—just a flat refusal. The card limit was less than $500. I told them why would I not pay the $13 because it would hurt my credit history. I think it was a trivial amount that could’ve been handled so much better.

      This is shocking and unacceptable from a bank that claims to value its customers. If this is how they treat long-time clients over petty issues, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Cortrust Bank needs to seriously rethink their policies and customer service—or risk losing people like me.
