      My Quick Wallet is a scam. I was told about a fee and that I had 90 days to pay it off. Now after the first payment that I'm paying $250 biweekly for a $800 loan and only $10 goes toward the principal. This was not told to me I verified all calls or recorded I agreed to paying $30 per 100 borrowed as my repayments schedule totaling $240 biweekly then at the final process was told my bi-weekly payments would be $210. I was never informed that the principal was only $10 and that everything else was going towards interests I would have never done business with them had I known. I think that I should only have to pay the interest that I was explained to me doing the conversation. My first payment deducted was $40 more than if was supposed to be with no explanation. I am filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency as well as stopping payments from my account. This practice is not only an ethical it's illegal with everything being recorded this company should be shut down

      our top priority, and we want each customer to know how much we value them. The
      Company takes complaints very seriously and appreciates the opportunity to
      respond.
      Our records indicate that
      you were approved for a $800 loan on April 16, 2025. The terms of the loan were
      provided to you at that time, and you reviewed the terms and electronically
      signed these documents. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) was outlined in the
      loan agreement, which you signed. As stated in the loan agreement, we offer our
      customers the right to rescind the loan. During this stated period, customers
      can take the time to review the loan documentation. If a customer is not
      satisfied with the loan, they have the ability to repay the principal amount of
      the loan with no penalty or interest assessed. We are providing you with an
      additional copy of the loan agreement along with this response.
      During the application
      process, one of our customer service representatives also verbally explained to
      you the repayment structure, providing full details of the first three
      scheduled payments, and their corresponding fees and principal paydown amounts.
      My Quick Wallet is happy
      to resolve this complaint by reducing your scheduled payments to $210.00 and
      applying these directly to your outstanding principal balance of $790 with no
      further interest, fees or charges applied, starting with your next scheduled
      payment on May 16, 2025. Once further payments totaling $790 have been received
      your loan will be considered paid in full.

      I was approved for $1000 online then in a follow up phone call. I then signed a contract for that amount. Then a few hours later received a text message stating they were only sending $300. I never signed for the lower amount. When I called they admitted to approving the $1000 and I never agreed to the lower amount multiple times.

      revision to the original approval amount was necessary. We understand that this

      Called business about a personal loan on April 28,2025. Was told I was approved for up to $1000 which would have helped tremendously with bills and emergency events that have happened. Gave information and went through verification details regarding my account to get everything set up and was told that everything was approved and the funds should appear within the day or next business day. When I checked my account at the end of the day April 28, no funds were there. Checked again today, April 29th, 2025 and still no funds. Have made multiple attempts to contact the business with no avail. What I am looking for is the funds requested that I was approved for with a low pay back amount as these funds were to help with these bills. Otherwise I want my information erased from their system and I would like the business investigated for fraud

      I continue to receive direct mailed offers to an address that I no longer reside at. I have contacted Riverstone Lending several times over the last 90 days by calling 1-800-773-6127 as well as emailing ************************************* asking them to cease direct mailing me their monthly loan offers, yet I continue to receive such offers. Note - dba Riverstone Lending is a wholly owned subsidiary agent and arm of Arrow Financial Services, a subsidiary of Rosebud Economic Development Corp, the wholly owned economic are of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe of the Rosebud Indian Reservation.

      I pulled out a loan with three sticks lending a couple months back during unfortunate times. I have been on time with all payments of $160.68 every 2 weeks. I have now paid $1,124.76 (double what I borrowed) back to them and they're wanting in total $3,213.94 from a $600.00 loan ! That's 642.51% interest rate. This has to be illegal! I just want to be done with them. Not sure what to do.

      I am writing on behalf of AFS CS dba Three Sticks Lending, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rosebud Economic Development Corporation, a sovereign economic arm, enterprise and instrumentality of, and created under the laws of and for the benefit of, the Rosebud Sioux Tribe, a federally recognized sovereign American Indian tribe in South Dakota, in response to the above referenced complaint. While Three Sticks Lending is not subject to regulation by states, the Tribe takes the concerns of other sovereigns and our customers seriously, and we are happy to respond to your review.
      Three Sticks Lending is wholly owned by the Tribe, and functions as an economic arm of the Tribe. Through Three Sticks Lending the Tribe raises governmental revenues to provide services to Tribal citizens, just as other sovereign governments do with revenues they generate through taxation or other means. Tribal jurisdiction is clearly indicated on our website, and in all our documents, including but not limited to, our contracts. Three Sticks Lending is a sovereign-owned enterprise which the Tribe closely regulates, and from which the Tribe requires consumer-protective best practices. Three Sticks Lending’s loans are legal under applicable Tribal law, which requires compliance with the principles of federal consumer protection laws.
      Three Sticks Lending’s interest and fees applicable to your loan are permitted by Tribal law. The terms and conditions of the loan were clearly and accurately reflected in the loan agreement that was voluntarily signed before receiving the loan. In addition, a Customer Care Representative explained the terms and conditions of the loan, to which you verbally accepted prior to signing the loan agreement. You also received a TILA disclosure that outlined the amount and date of each payment required under the loan agreement. Customers are welcome to pay off their loan at any time and save money. There are no prepayment penalties for Three Sticks Lending’s loans, and we do encourage our customers to pay off early to avoid additional interest charges.
      Three Sticks Lending strives for excellent customer service and always endeavors to make it right for any customer who is not satisfied with their experience. Therefore, as a one-time courtesy, for no reason other than to demonstrate excellent customer service, we closed the account for the amount paid and waived the outstanding balance. We trust that you will find this letter of explanation satisfactory. As such, we consider this matter resolved.

      The way they handle business is very suspicious, they will try to reassure you they’re legit business. Thirty minutes waiting to be transferred after filling out their online application and verify. No actual documentation or emails. They say they will send it but it’s over a hour and no paper trails. Don’t waste your time. Unfortunately for me I fell for it.

      This company is a scam. They took my personal information and banking account information over the phone. Let me speak to two different people who both said I was approved for a loan and that it would be deposited after 6pm. It wasn’t then they sent me an email saying I was denied. They took my personal information under false pretenses. They need to be stopped and not allowed to scam people.

      Today I applied for a loan through MyQuickWallet ..they asked for banking info which I gave them and asked me to log into my bank account for verification. Once I did this they said I was approved and I would receive funds later this after or in the morning. No funds have been added to my account so I called them back to be put on hold for 10 minutes to find out I was denied for my loan. Now they have all my information makes me sick knowing they have my account and routing number I'll be contacting my lawyer about this if nothing is fixed with this scam of a company

      I received a loan from My Quick Wallet, I have made multiple payments repaying my loan, the balance has not budged at all. I was being charged $297 bi weekly payments jumped up to $400. With the previous payment this loan should have been more than almost paid off if not already paid off. Now they tacked on more for payments. I’ve called and talked to 1 lady which said I’d have to speak with a supervisor then apparently they forgot I was on the phone and never picked up the call. I had to call back and spent about an hour just on HOLD!! meanwhile hearing their “awful jokes” and their “2 minute wait” being announced while waiting. I waited way longer and no one answers!! This is very concerning as my bank information is what they have. This loan should be done already!!

      for and were approved for a $850 loan on January 13, 2025. Further loan amounts
      of $160 and $310 were approved on January 31 and March 17, 2025. This last loan
      amount of $310 is what resulted in the increase to your scheduled payments that
      you describe.

      For each of the loans the
      terms of the loan were provided to you at the time, and you reviewed the terms
      and electronically signed these documents. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) was
      outlined in the loan agreements. As stated in the loan agreement, we offer our
      customers a three day right of loan recession. During this three day period,
      customers can take the time to review the loan documentation. If a customer is
      not satisfied with the loan, they have the ability to repay the principal
      amount of the loan with no penalty or interest assessed. We are providing you
      with an additional copy of the loan agreements along with this response.
       
      We are happy to resolve your
      concerns by applying all further scheduled payments received directly to your
      outstanding principal balance with no further interest, fees or charges
      applied. The $400 payment in question dated April 4 has now been applied
      directly to your principal balance. Further scheduled payments have been
      reduced to $297 and these will also be applied directly to the remaining
      principal balance of $900. Once further payments totaling $900 have been
      received your loan will be considered paid in full.

That totals $2718.00 that is almost $1400.00 MORE than what was loaned. Since I've paid $1818 already there is no reason to have to pay extra that is just way to much.
