I recently took out a loan with Helpful lending and the deduction/withdrawal is supposed to be 15th or 30th and the first two payments have come out well before the actual date. I called July 10th that I had just lost my job and it said to sent paperwork but not in any specific format. To only be told today 7/13 that it was not the correct format but no one bothered to call me. Told me that it does state 7/15 as withdrawal date but it’s out of my account as of today 7/13. No communication or follow up has been given just me doing the follow up on the follow up. No supervisor or manager was available to help with this and I was hung up on.
