    This place is an outrage
    I paid them 700.00 for a tune up and now my car is u drivable
    They are rude and unprofessional. If I could give a negative rating I would!!! Run far away from this place!

    Ms *********, I am sorry to hear that you were not treated properly. The repair and the repair procedure should have been explained better to you prior to us do any work. Your vehicle had multiple misfires and the #3 coil needed to be replaced. In addition both of your catalylitic converters have limited flow. The spark plugs were due to be replaced as your vehicle had 130,000 miles. The manufacturer recommendation is to replace plugs & coils. Just replacing the plugs may not remove the misfires as well the limited flow on you converters will also cause rough running and power loss. As it appears that we did not explain this to you prior to doing the repair I would like to offer you for us to at least replace coil #3 at no charge. If you decide to take me up on this offer please contact me directly at the center and I will personally take care of this for you.

    On Christmas Eve I woke up to a puddle under my car beneath the transmission. Ebert's performed transmission service on my ****** ***** **** at both 50,000 and 100,000 miles. The 50,000 mile service went well; however, after the 100,000 service, I had a puddle in my driveway. I returned to Ebert's, and upon inspection, there was no cap on the transmission to keep it from leaking, and they couldn't find
    mine. After working on my car they told me that they had installed SOMETHING that should work instead of installing the proper part that includes a dipstick. They also had to refill the transmission.
    Fast forward to the day after Chistmas - I am sitting in the waiting area of ****** while their mechanics perform another transmission service only several thousand miles after the last one from Ebert's. I was NOT prepared to pay for another transmission service to the tune of $240 the day after Christmas which, by the way, was actually less than Ebert's and included the proper part. I believe Ebert's charge was almost $300 with NO part. Shout out to ****** that got me in quickly and did a great job!
    GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR TRANSMISSION SERVICE!

    Ms. ********, I apologize for my delay in getting this response to you. I just received an email from BBB that I had your review dated 1/7/2025. My system is showing that we did your 100K fluid service on 10/22/2022. I can not explain why the fill cap was not in place when you noticed the puddle of fluid. However there is not a dipstick on your transmission, only a fill hole cap. I agree that we should have gotten a proper cap from ****** at that time for you as well as been sincere about fixing your issue. Should you decide to have another transmission service on your ****** in the future I would like to offer it to you at No Charge. This is clearly not the way that we should have handled this issue. If I can be of any further assistance please feel free to call me directly at the center.
