The company offers a FREE Initial Consultation. We also offer no attorney fees without recovery. A contingency fee agreement allows the firm to represent a personal injury victim without charging any fees to the client at the start of the case, and without the client having to pay out their pocket for assistance. Fees will be paid by a percentage of any recovery made on the client’s behalf, either after obtaining a settlement or award after trial. The fee is called “contingent” because the company only charges a fee if a recovery is made for the client.  The fee is calculated on gross recovery before deducting costs.
