    Honestly, the reviews on ****** are bad enough. I understand your car is what you priced and I might have bought it if you were polite, gave a better offer than 3k more than what the car is worth. They are waiting on poor souls to in house finance that have no idea how this works. HOWEVER, the hanging up, the consistent 1 star reviews with bad behavior, selling people lemons and so on: I wanted to speak directly with the person who was going to be responsible for selling the vehicle. ***** is THE most undermining, dont care, unprofessional car salesman Ive ever talked to in my life. I dont know what is wrong with this guy, or the company but they are completely out of character for a lot people. You said you had a 4.5 star. Well you have a 4.4 now. Terrible dealer. We deal in truths is absolutely hilarious as well.

    Customer is upset we wouldnt reduce the price of a vehicle. She called twice and was told the same thing both times.  We can price our vehicles how we like and customer can decide if they want to buy or not.  Not sure why shes having such a problem understanding this.

    I am tears as Im writing this review. K&S is a terrible business. I purchased a car for my 16 year old daughter on July 27, 2023. I was so nervous and scared because I didnt want to make a mistake. ***** reassured me that the car was in good shape. After signing paperwork and giving them my down payment and when my niece got in the car to drive it back to Columbia, the check engine came on. ***** reassured me it was nothing, just a sensor because they put Freon in there. Told me to bring it back so the mechanic could look at it. Immediately after purchasing, the car started shaking. I got the code scanned for the check engine light and it was not just a sensor, it was more than $650 worth of engine work. The warranty covered some but not all. Not only that but a laundry list of other problems with the car, totaling more than $1100. And guess what, after the $650 repairs, the check engine light came back on!! Also, the ** is blowing out warm air. They totally sold me a defect at! Ive wasted thousands of dollars, that I dont have!! The car is a piece of junk that Im going to try to trade in because its junk. I had the car for less than 2 weeks and Im trying to trade in. I thought that K& S would agree that they knew that the car had all of these issues WHEN they sold to me. But ******* of K&S was so rude to me! He basically told me that the car was my car now and I could do what I wanted to with it. I cried throughout the conversation because he was so rude and uncaring.DO JIT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. They are frauds, lie, uncaring human beings. Ive lost so much money dealing with them. I were going to picket up there very soon! If I can prevent this from happening to anyone else I will! Even if I have to walk on their lot and tell people do not buy car from them!!

    There is a lot more to this story that ************ is not telling. We deal in truths here, as that is the only way to be fair to all of our customers. Even in the review *********** left, she made several contradictory statements. If you paid the Chevrolet dealership $650 for repairs, and they didnt fix the car, why are you upset with us instead of the place that you paid to fix your vehicle? Sorry you are not happy with your purchase, as we want all of our customers to enjoy their vehicles. We offer the opportunity to every customer to have vehicles inspected prior to purchase and offer warranties. But after the statements, threats, accusations and contradictory statements you have made to us post purchase, we have no choice but to offer no further assistance to you.

    I wish I could leave a zero.1) Car was sold in unsafe condition 2) Informed them immediately and sought a reasonable resolution.3) Spent thousands on undisclosed and dangerous damage 4) Tried to talk in a civil manner to owner.5) Owner was angry and rude. In my day, if someone were to approach you talking the way that man talked to me - it would have sent the message that they really wanted to fight.I will see them in court. I had checked out reviews ahead of time, ran a vehicle history report, etc. I believed that with a "dealer warranty" and the other info I was safe. I was wrong. Instead of making it right, they acted like they wanted a fight. I hate fighting, but I'm good at it. I hope that by doing things the right way, I can recoup what I lost and warn others. Do not buy anything from them.Do not trust them.Warn everyone you know. I am filing w/ BBB, ******************** DMV and probably taking them to court.

    This information is simply not true. We allow any and all customers to have a vehicle checked out prior to purchase. ************** called and told us that he did his "due diligence" before purchasing the vehicle. We provide a 90 day / ***** mile mechanical warranty.

    The worst customer service and salesmanship ever. kept the car for 17 days and returned it, ****** and ***** is the worst.read the Reviews.Do no buy a car from them.Read the Reviews they are not lying.They were so nasty and rude.****** is the worst And ***** is no better. They were so nasty and rude to me and my daughter i had to call one of my Son's,I'm over 50 years young and i've never had men talk to me like that, They don"t put gas in the car nor clean it.The oil was black..Thank you Lord for stepping in when you did ,You saw farther down the road that me.Who sales a car to someone give them the keys and then harass them for 17 days.***** called me 67 times from Sept 3 to Sept 17.And ****** was very nasty as me and my daughter was leaving. Do not buy a car from them, The car was a 2014 white ***** Captiva. My daughter told ****** how nasty and rude he was.And why was he like that.His reply was you 'll can leave .We are but you are a very nasty and rude person.

    ************************ could not prove any of the information that she provided on her credit application that was submitted to the bank for her loan approval. Once it was clear that her loan could not be approved due to the lack of documentation that she could provide, we informed her that she would have to return the vehicle. We returned every dime of her down payment to her.
