On Friday, February 16, ****, I purchased a 2016 ***** Accord from ***** AutoBrokers. Also listed as ******** and Southern Drive LLC on the carfax report After driving the vehicle approximately ***** miles, the emissions system light came on the following day on Saturday, February 17, ****. I immediately called the office manager, ****** @ ************ and told her that the emissions system light had come on in the vehicle less than 24 hours after purchasing the vehicle and that I would like my money back. ****** stated that since she also lived in *********, she would come by and get the vehicle Monday morning and take it back to the dealership/shop to have someone take a look at it. ****** arrived at my home approximately 8:08am Monday,January 19, **** to pick up the vehicle. I reached out to ****** around 12pm-12:30pm to see what was happening with the vehicle. I told ****** for a second time that I wanted my money back. ****** then asked me if I would like a different vehicle off the lot and I told her no-that it was a red flag that this vehicle had issues less than 24 hours after purchase. ****** said that she would relay the information to the owner. ****** then texted me back and stated " Hey. It's still at the shop. We're waiting to see what they say first. But I will keep you posted."I responded to ****** and said, "I'm still not comfortable with the fact the emissions system light came on less than 24 hours after getting the car." ****** did not respond. At approximately 2:02pm on Monday, February 19, ****, *****, the other office manager called and left a voicemail for me to give him a call back. I called ***** back at 2:12pm and he stated that the problem was the torque convertor. I told ***** for a third time that I wanted my money back and it was not fair that they sold me a faulty vehicle. ***** stated that he was just relaying the message. K & S Auto Brokers LLC knowingly sold me a faulty vehicle and rather than right their wrongs by refunding my money, they are trying to force me into a bad deal. K & S Auto Brokers LLC currently have the vehicle as well as $15,564.60 of my money. I do not want the vehicle. I researched a torque converter and depending on how long the torque convertor has been faulty, it could also have affected the transmission and other parts of the vehicle. This vehicle was sold to me knowing that it needed thousands of dollars or repairs.

**************** purchased a 2016 ***** Accord from ** on Friday February 16, ****.  She notified ** over that weekend that there was a problem with the vehicle shaking/vibrating.  Monday morning we picked the vehicle up from her home and verified her complaint.  We immediately took the vehicle to a 3rd party non-affiliated transmission shop in *********, **.  On Thursday February 22, ****, the replacement of the torque converter repair was completed and we picked the vehicle up from the shop.  We advised **************** that her vehicle was ready and even offered to deliver the vehicle to her.  She stated that she no longer wants the vehicle and wants a refund.  Our policy and contract both state no refunds and we advised her that a refund would not be an option.  We did these repairs at NO cost to the customer and apologize for the situation, but we got her vehicle repair as quickly as we possible could.

I am rejecting this response because:

K & S Auto Brokers LLC is not being truthful.

We never disputed that **************** spoke with our office staff or denied that she requested a refund.  So not sure why she is providing proof of a phone call.....  We do NOT offer refunds, as was noted on the customer signed receipt (Copy attached).  We also sent **************** the attached letter via e-mail and via certified mail advising her that the vehicle was ready for pickup, the location of the vehicle and an allowance of 10 days to pick the vehicle up.
