I took a trip to ***** ****** all inclusive resort through Monster Vacations . Everything was absolutely beautiful. Food delicious.! The Monster team is very organized. Everything went seamlessly.

My wife and I travelled to the DR. ** both went to the presentation (3 hours and not 120 minutes as we were told). ** did not purchase their timeshare program and were then thanked and told we fulfilled our commitment.After we got home, about one week later, we got a charge of $850 from this company (they told us it was the resort) and were then told because my Chinese wife did not speak English we had to pay the presentation fee. It is my believe that because we did not buy anything they charged us this fee. Oh and good luck getting a refund. Stay away from this company and their timeshare nonsense.Review from Rossina L

***** got us a reservation with the All Inclusive Package at the *************, 5 stars in **********. He was upfront about all the fees and associated cost with the reservation and what would happen if we do not go to the presentation. Even thoe we had to re-schedule our dates, he was very patient the entire time. Thank you *****Monster Reservations Group, LLC Response
