1 starI have been unable to book the property I purchased. Every time I try it's unavailable, and they try to put me in another property, sometimes in a different state from the one I purchased. I tried going a year out and still couldn't get it. THIS IS A SCAM, STAY AWAY AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.Review fromDennis W

5 starsOn 8-2-25 I called into the travel - Monster **** express our health concerns on traveling as it is really hard for us to walk and to travel around , getting old is not easy to travel . i spoke to '' ***** *. she listened to every word i said about wheel chairs and health issues . She ***** *. helped my wife and I out making some changes in said plan, there should be people like her in every profession, she was very understanding , Thank You again *****..... ******.Review fromRudy R

1 starMonster Reservations Group will Robo call you everyday, then lie to you about presentations (there's only one required) that are 'Required" on EVERY vacation. They have hidden fees they don't mention plus resort fees and taxes that are quite expensive. I called to cancel my membership because this sounds like a shady business, but they told me there were no cancelations of the package.Review fromTressa I

1 starWas charged almost $1000 for a "premier package" that was supposed to cover seven 3-7 night stays or cruises with NO REQUIREMENTS to attend presentation, only an amenities tour for first stay. When tried to book something was told none of the places could be booked without doing a presentation, which incidently did not even include an amenities tour of the place-just a sales pitch. Was also told that place we booked included all amenities. When showed up at Smuggler's Notch in *******, which is not near much of anything except hiking trails and *****, was told my husband and I would have to pay $69/day to use any of the amenities. They put us in an antiquated building that apparently is used for the "package deal" bookings. Also sat through a 3.5 hour sales pitch (was told ****** minutes max) and did not receive the $150 gift card Monster group indicated we would receive for sitting through the presentation. Smuggler's said Monster was supposed to send that to us directly, but still have not received it and it has been over 3 weeks past the presentation date! The staff at Smuggler's was very pleasant, but felt as if Monster Group mis-represented what we were getting for the package deal! Also was told after I booked this stay that I could not book any of the other trips until I had completed this first trip that involved sitting through a Wyndham points system presentation. Lastly, the little written info Monster group did send me after I requested it regarding details of the package I had purchased had very limited/non-specific with links that don't provide a lot of details on what is included at various resorts/cruises. Details that were in written documentation did not include much info on conditions under which the other trips could be booked. Also, when I called the first two times to try to book a trip, was kept on hold for 90 and 40 minutes, respectively! Very disappointed in the first package "deal" trip!
