              I purchased a vacation package thru Monster Reservations Group on 04/05/2024 I was suppose to go to ********* but they had no availability so they changed it to ********** ********* instead.I was ok with that until I tried to find out about taking my support dog going with me I was never told anything about that pets were not allowed until after I purchased it and my dog goes everywhere with because he is my support dog for my anxiety I did not appreciate how I was treated by them they were very rude and they also told me I cant cancel or reschedule it I think that is right I paid for it. It is my right to change if I want I paid for it and was told anything about pets at all.
