They do not answer the phone or emails. I have requested my deposit back and they will not return my money. I have filed my complaint with Horry ****** Magistrate's ****** and awaiting for process to work in court. I recommend anyone that is owed money from this company, to contact the Horry ****** Magistrates ******. I do not know if they are still in business.

STAY AWAY FROM ESCAPE VACATIONS!!!We rented a condo in Grand Cayman Resort from October 2022 - April 2023.First of all, we found the condo in a dusty and dirty condition, full of dirty fingertips all over the kitchen counters. We had some other issues and everything was reported to the management. The entrance doors were constantly broken, it took them weeks to fix it and multiple maintenance people to resolve the issue. The doors were only superficially fixed and the problem was coming back, and at the end of the lease they tried to blame ** for braking the doors. The AC unit in the bedroom was broken, we reported it multiple times, it was kinda fixed in March, 2 weeks before our lease expired, when we didnt need it anymore. We left the apartment on April 1st and havent heard from anyone about our departure, and especially about our deposit return. We reach out to them on May 5th, only to get an unprofessional email saying that we didnt leave the unit clean, they found the entrance doors broken and the living room tv was cracked. When we gave them proofs that unit was professionally cleaned and we showed them our reports about the entrance doors, they said ooh all that is good, we are going to charge you for the broken tv.I checked my pictures and videos from the condo, taken 9min before leaving the unit for good, and the tv in that unit was perfectly fine. We barely used it!!!Now we are being accused that we broke the tv and we are the last ones who left the condo and the only ones who had the code to enter. So i am also being accused of entering the unit even though my lease expired? They are taking money out of my pocket for a tv that we didnt brake!!!I am going forward and they will be reported to police for this!!!I am a mother of 2 kids, and i gave birth on May 2nd and no one is going to steal money from my pocket when i can feed my kids with it!!!You messed with a wrong person and you are going to pay for your own tv!!!

We stayed at a property managed by Escape Property Management this past June. We were initially charged a $500 security deposit. After leaving the rental we were refunded $250 with no explanation of where the other $250 was. Numerous phone calls and voice messages later, we were told by ***** that the company only charges $250 and we got that refund. I produced a copy of my credit card statement showing the $500 charge and was ensured it would be looked into. After several weeks of no response I spoke with the *********************** who told us we had broken several blinds and a lampshade. I informed him that there was a broken lampshade upon our arrival and I had called about it. He looked through his notes and realized I was correct. As for the window blinds, there was one blind that was accidentally cracked but could have been glued together- it was still attached- there was no other damage. How in the world can a company charge $250 to replace a window blind that can very easily be purchased at ****** for $30? ******* was going to check with *****, who manages refunds and get back to me. This was over 10 days ago and I'm still waiting a response. I will never rent from Escape Property Management again and I warn other prospective renters to steer clear of them. They are a disgrace to other management companies.
