      Do not stay here!! We made reservations online and when we got there we saw how shady this place looked. We asked to see our room before check in. Its nasty and hasnt been cleaned in a long while. Looked like someone walked in the tub with their shoes on. Baseboards hadnt been cleaned in months. Balcony dipped in and felt unsafe for anyone to be on. Toilet wasnt clean. Floors hadnt been swept, much less mopped! We told them room wasnt fit to stay in and they offered us another room. We went to look at it and it was the same, if not worse! We didnt stay, nor did they refund our money! ***. Just eww tho!

      This place needs to be shut down! I didn't read the reviews because it used to be a very nice hotel and the price was very good. We have never stayed before so decided to. We called with several issues that were never resolved. Only one pool was open and it was dirty. No other amenities listed on property were open. PLEASE PUT THIS PLACE OUT OF BUSINESS!!! THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE EVERYDAY!!!!

      Place is so nasty had no water for one day no AC no cable roaches Had a drug dealing Mexican on first floor people coming off beach buying drugs pools were falling apart bathroom ceiling fell in mold in every corner no Towels for 2 days Horrible place to stay

      We stayed at this location 6/27 - 6/30/24 IT'S HORRIBLE!The pictures on the website have been doctored to make them look good.The Elevator does not work and when it did it stinks!!!The room was not comfortable. Bed is close by window unit and blew air directly on me as I laid in bed. Very uncomfortable!!!! Beds are shot...uncomfortable. Tub and toilet leaked. Informed management and nothing was done. We saw the cleaning person and asked for towels, this was Friday, did not see anyone servicing/cleaning any rooms at all Saturday. This is an older resort and it is poorly managed. The updates are poorly done and the place is not properly maintained. I will never go back or recommend anyone to go to this location. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car.

      The last time we were at the Sea Mist the "resort" part belonged in the title. That was in 2009. What a difference 15 years makes. The pools were closed by authorities and the parking was awful!! The room was bare minimum.. no chairs or suitcase holders or hangers in the open closet. Looks like they got too greedy buying extra buildings, but not enough workers to clean the place up. We will not stay here again

      Dont use the elevator they rarely do maintenance on them and I just got stuck in it the place is trashed water leaking through the ceiling horrible people running the place the front desk lady has just been trying to fight with me the whole time *** stayed here all around this place is a wreck and needs to be shut down

      Resort is a rip off to hard-working people who need a vacation. I feel they talk there money for accommodations that are not up to standards.

      We checked into Sea Mist Resort on 8-11-2023, and upon our arrival we did not have internet, nor the ** was working. After reaching out to the resort for the issue they stated they would put a ticket in to have maintenance to come out. I never heard anything and I called back again a few hours later and they stated they didnt know anything about it and said they would put a ticket in. Again after no one came I reached out to them again and they again said someone was coming. On 8-12-2023, which was the next day I reached out to front desk and the same got I spoke with all those times stated that there was no ticket put in for the issue and that he is putting a ticket in now. I asked to speak with manager and they then stated they would check out the issue and see if we can be compensated after I asked how was they going to fixed the issue. The maintenance man came and stated that the antennas that they use for the **s is not working properly and was only able to get us 7 channels in the living room and some channels in the first room but the channels was not working in the other 2 rooms, he also said that the internet people would not be out till Monday before they do not work in weekends! After explaining this to the front desk because the manager would not get on the phone the front desk clerk stated they would give us our resort fees back of $46. lol, $46 wow!! I will never stay there again and I feel we should be compensated more because we did not have ** nor internet the whole stay!!!!!! Something needs to be done about this and our neighbors internet and ** wasnt working either.

      Very disappointed in our weekend beach trip for our children. Worst place I have ever stayed. Room was very dirty( urine on the toilet seat as soon as we walked in, floors very dirty covered in hair and sand,Had not been swept or mopped, sliding glass was broke and could barley open it, killed 2 roaches in the room, no got water, pools were disgusting, hot tubs not working had ****************** in it including clothing and towels and just trash,staff was not helpful and very rude, tv didnt work properly couldnt get but a few channels and they were static and sound messed up,Wi-Fi didnt work once the whole weekend,hotel is split up and was hard to find our room with no help from staff, parking was just jacked and having to walk across the busy street to even get to our room from parking,slides closed early and still have like 3 hours of daylight) Im so upset that I spent so much money to stay somewhere like this and probably could have went elsewhere but the pictures on the website looked like it was an amazing place but looks nothing like those pictures. This place really needs a lot of work. Would not recommend to anyone with small children because its a dirty place.

      This hotel used to be a great family resort where we used to take our kids for a great family vacation! It used to have golf packages, water parks, amusement parks it used to have a great restaurant and pools and rooms were clean. We decided my husband and I to visit again June 2023 for old times sakes and what a disappointment!! Apart from being beach front, nothing else was the same! Dirty, run down, phone not working, tv not working, no internet and no housekeeping, needless to say I will never go back to ************ again! What we paid was too expensive for what we got.
