Over the past year, consumers have filed complaints alleging the business has customer service, advertising and refund or exchange issues. The company communicated with BBB on December 19, 2018, and stated; Being in the hospitality business, it is our No. 1 priority to provide outstanding customer service and ensure guest satisfaction. I know this is not always possible, but it is imperative that we try our best. Our guests are always encouraged to inform us right away when they are unhappy or dissatisfied. Allowing us the opportunity to fix whatever is wrong while they are in-house is always the best solution. We never want a guest to leave with a feeling of disappointment about their stay. We know they work hard all year long to save for a getaway in Myrtle Beach.
