Glenn's is TERRIBLE. I would leave no stars if I could. We had a new house built in 2017. The builder contracted Glenn's to install the hvac system. We have a 2450 sq ft downstairs and a 330 sq ft bonus room. Glenn installed two, 2 ton units. One unit services 22 vents for the entire downstairs (with only 1 return), and the other 2 ton services the 330 sq ft bonus room that has 5 vents. Now, those 22 vents don't all work. Why? Because some duct work was never connected to the vents, and at least one vent has plywood over it. Before we had been in the house a year, I came home to find our kitchen can light dripping water. I go up in the attic where the handlers are and find a leaking drain pipe. They never glued the pipe joints or sloped it properly, so the water backed up in the pipe causing the joint to break open. Luckily, we were able to clean that up and fix it before any real damage was caused. Then, my husband found where the duct wasn't connected to the pantry vent, but he was able to get someone out to fix that. We're currently in the process of overhauling our entire hvac system so that it is up to code. Here's a list of things they did wrong that we're having to fix:
No fresh air intake where the handlers are needed since we have spray foam insulation. New duct work that connects to ALL vents AND is the correct size. Adding a return to the opposite side of the house from where the handlers are. Upgrading to a 3 ton unit with two zone system to handle the 22 vents we have and properly heat/cool the downstairs. We knew the duct work wasn't right for years, but our builder had to fuss to get him to come back out before his "1 year warranty" expired to fix some of the other stuff. We're furious that we're having to correct their mistakes, but we also don't want them touching anything else at this point. BUYER BEWARE of this shady company.

We bought our AC unit from Glen I have a medical issue to where I am on oxygen 24/7 and it needs to stay cool temperature for my breathing every time there's an issue with our AC Glen's team has always responded as quickly as possible and come within that day and get our AC back up and running within that day if possible and if it's a part not in stocks they are back the next day. They are very respectful and knowledgeable. The same level of service is also the same in the winter when it's during the time we use heating. If you want a good honest professional then Glen and his team are the ones to call for all your heating and air needs

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My heating system worked for two months until November 28th when it stopped heating my home. I filed a claim with my home warranty company and Glenn's heating and air picked it up. I paid my deductible and they came to my home. The technician called me after he claimed it was fixed at which time I told him how grateful we were. About an hour later my daughter called and said the heat would not shut off even though the system said it was off, it was still blowing hot air from the vents. I contacted them and explained the problem they left us with. I was told they'd have to come back the following day because their technician left for the day and they were in Asheville. I asked what do I do about this heat constantly blowing hot air it was already 86 degrees with the windows and doors open during winter. Her response was I don't know what to tell you, we can't get there till tomorrow. Whoever she was with in the background told her to have me shut it off from the breaker and the technician would come the following day. So we did. They came the following day stayed 2 hours unable to define the problem I got another phone call saying the owner/ head guy would be out Monday to take a look. Monday comes no call no show. I called and reached the technician who said the owner was doing research and that's all he knew. A bit later that day I had received an email from my home warranty company stating they had diagnosed it as improper wiring (caused by the technician on the first day he was at my home and it would shut off) and that 1 my warranty didn't cover that diagnosis. And 2 they never have approval for Glenn's heating to do any repairs leaving me with a denial on my claim. I was unaware they did not follow proper protocol per warranty company either. I have reached out several times as this has left my children and I without heat and no response, but they made sure to take my deductible payment!! They should be completely ashamed!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid 1000+ dollars to them and they misdiagnosed my HVAC problem twice. Once on a call back because it wasn't working the tech said it was a loose wire and that I wouldn't be charged for that. But it still didn't work. Who can afford to throw 1000$ away to unprofessional fakes.
