      This company is misleading and deceptive. The terms and obligations tied to this ownership were not fully disclosed at the time of purchase. We were pressured into signing an agreement. Among the lies are your maintenance fees will never increase, it is easy to reserve time for a vacation it NEVER has been. You can vacation any where in their system and get the time when you want it, WRONG you can not get a place when you are looking to take a vacation. Biggest mistake you could ever make to save money/take regular vacations when you want to take them that you will ever make!! Do not fall for their lies!!

      Very misleading, stay away from this company. Never believe them if they ever say buy back or refinance. It's all a scam for the rest of your life. You'll be better off paying out of pocket for your vacation

      ****** - Misleading Promises and Unethical Practices I'm writing this review to to warn others about my experience with Palmera Vacation Club, which I now believe to be a scam. In 2023, I purchased a timeshare from them based on promises that were never fulfilled. One of the main selling pint was that they would help sell my existing timeshare if I purchased theirs. Two years later, my original timeshare still hasn't sold, and now I'm stuck paying for two timeshares and two sets of maintenance fees.Initially, they tole me it would sell within a year. When that didn't happen, they asked for another six months. After that, they refused to let me out of the contract. They also recommended booking through Smart Stay, but availability is impossible to secure. Despite have the point, I struggle to book even a single week. It feels like a constant runaround, and nothing matches what was promised during the sales pitch.This company's practices feel deceptive. I am currently seeking legal advice to explore my options and hold them accountable. I hope this review helps other avoid falling into the same trap. Do your research and be cautious - this is not a company I would trust again.

      Stay away, stay away. Please stay away. Do not listen to anything they say. Its all lies. We have been scammed. They told us, to get us to buy the package, that they could sell it anytime we wanted to get out of this. We just called and they told us we have to pay the loan off first. Had we been told this upfront, we would not have indulged. They tell you all lies to get you to buy. This is misinformation and fraudulent practices. Do not do it.

      A stress-free experience and worth every *****!We just got back from our first family vacation using Palmera, and it was everything we hoped for. Booking was smooth, the villa was beautiful and fully equipped, and the location couldnt have been better. *********** has become our new favorite vacation spot. We were nervous about joining at first, but now we wish we had done it sooner!

      Please take my advice and stay away from this company, They lie about what this program will offer for vacations. They go up on you fees once you agree to the plan, the staff is rude when you are able to get some one on the phone. I spoke with Christine and when she didnt like what I was saying she just hung the phone up. Please get out if you can.

      We have had this time share for 5 years. We can never book during the prime time due to being none available. We finally on right now. The people who checked us in told us we were in one of there updated units. I would have hated to see it before. My *********** are both retired & bad backs to legs. We had to walk up many steps just to get to the front door. You walk in & all you see are steps. Going down are the bedrooms. Not bad. Both have their own bathrooms. That is the only bathrooms in the place. You go up the stairs to the rest of the ****** there are stains in the carpet. The living room furniture are old & broke down. One positive thing is there are doors that open to a patio. That is nice withe cooler weather. By the time you pay your monthly payments, pay for the maintenance fees and the down payment, you could have gone on a nice one. I do not recommend this time share to anyone.

      I purchased a timeshare years ago when it was under Coral Resorts. It was a nightmare! Nothing but lies to get you to buy. They had so many complaints they changed the name to Palmera Vacation Club. I ended up upgrading over the years because with the points I initially purchased, I could do nothing (more lies). I am at a point now where I can truly enjoy vacationsI have ***** pts yearly. They want you to go to owner update meetings when staying there..more lies to try to get you to buy more, upgrade, etc. I fell for it once, but never again!! The resorts at Palmera are beautiful and the workers are pleasant and helpful! I just dont know how the sales people can get away with the lies and deceptive sales tactics that they use! I am happy now with my purchase, but if I had it to do all over, I would not purchase a timeshare!!! And dont forget.the maintenance fees go up every year!!
