    I purchased a vehicle in October from Escude. There was a hole in the tire which I pointed out before signing the paperwork. I drove 4 hours to get here for this vehicle and needed to get back home to pick my children up that day. After numerous phone calls, they couldn’t get a tire replacement within that day. I was told (and given paperwork) stating that if I buy a replacement tire when I get back home, they will reimburse me. I purchased my tire and sent the receipt to 4 different people. 2 months later I still have not gotten reimbursed $311 for the new tire I had to purchase on a $48k vehicle. Bad business and nobody knows absolutely ANYTHING!!

    I've brought my 23 Rogue here four times within one and a half to two months, for the same problem. My second time back Morgan told me to bring it back the next day because they ordered the part for the window and it would be there when I come back. So, he said that the technician tape the cut up from the window rubber. I went home and took pictures and I didn't see any tape on the rubber window seal.

    So I went back the next morning and he said they changed the window seal but it was still making the noise and that they think it was the plastic thing on the door and they put 3mm tape on it and the noise is gone. Why, not just order that part instead of putting tape on it.

    I went home and two days later I heard the noise from the driver side rear window and I looked and the seal from the ceiling has been messed with. I called right when they opened up and asked; how come "I came to get the passenger window fixed and now it's the driver side rear window now"? The guy said bring it back. I went to wash my vehicle at the car wash and it was leaking on the driver side window and windshield. Never had it done that and I had this vehicle since February of this year. I did on Saturday, 11-9-24 around 9:15 am. I let Morgan know what was going on and his excuse was I'm down technicians and the guy who did yours is out today and he didn't want to waist my time because it'll be a while before they could get to me because it was four vehicles behind me. I told him I don't want him working on my vehicle again because I came with one issue and I now have more when I left and I also told him that I'll be going to another Nissan dealer. He said I would go back to where you brought the vehicle from and let them fix it. I told him my vehicle is under a manufacture warranty and Nissan is going to fix it. I would not be going back to this dealership for service!
