I ordered some clothes for my daughter and nephew and my order was sent to the wrong address if you google my address and the picture of where I live you will see that where the package was delivered is not my address I have contacted customer service several times and they have been very unprofessional and keep telling me a supervisor will contact me and they have not I will most likely not order from you guys againBusiness Response

I ordered clothing for my grand daughter in an after-Christmas sale. I was told that the merchandise would be delivered in the new year; however, somehow my order was escalated and the merchandise was given to ***** who delivered it Dec. 28th. The problem was that the ***** person did not ring a door bell or in any way indicate that the package was stolen. In NYC when packages are not delivered a claim can be made to ***** for the lost property. When I attempted to make a claim with *****, I was informed that only Gerber could make the claim and in fact Gerber knows that they are liable for the merchandise. When I called back customer service, they did not want to agree to any method of reimbursement or reissuing the merchandise.Business Response

I ordered my granddaughter 2 outfits and 1 little jacket for Christmas Cyber Monday for a total of 14.60. I never received my order. I emailed the company and they kept telling me wait for a few more days. I kept waiting and then I became more stern wanting either my order or a refund. My last email on January 4th, 2025 they responded with a email showing my order was delivered. I can no longer see my order. It's been erased and deleted. They are a fraud and scam many people. I never received my order. Contacted them they wouldnt help said they contacted the carrier as did I all the carrier did was checked with the thing to see if it was delivered never came to my house to try to retrieve nothing. Waited for every on the stores response finally got one them saying the carrier said they delivered it. I informed them they didn’t deliver it to my address with no response at all from the store they will not email me back. I have waited a good while on this with nothing. I want my money back (refund) its been ridiculous they shouldn’t just ignore a customer like this.Business Response

They were able to check the GPS coordinates collected from the carrier's scanner and the delivery scan was made on 12/23/2024 at 9:35 am. These coordinates confirm that the delivery was made at the correct address.

****** *******there is multiple house around mine so there for the thing can be over and scanned. The multiple houses are close to mine I have tried and tried with your company it’s quite ridiculous that no one is willing to help. I have looked everywhere and even with the neighbors they say they haven’t seen it I’m asking your company for help and you’re just blowing it under the rug. Nothing was handed off to me and the contract is between you and the carrier I can’t file nothing for u only you can.
I want my refund.

On 12/5/24, I purchased 2 robes, wash clothes, and 2 blankets from Gerber Childrenswear and was charged for the items, shipping, and tax. On 12/12/24, I was refunded the price of the 2 robes (no tax). When I emailed the company the reason for the refund, they said the robes were not in stock. The website has shown the robes in stock on 12/12 and 12/13. I also inquired about the tax I paid, and the company said their system cannot process tax refunds. I feel the company is showing inventory to collect tax and shipping costs & then saying the products are not available.Business Response

I purchased clothing for my child. My order never was delivered. I have a ring doorbell system and can confirm no delivery was made on 7/25, the date Gerber states the delivery was made. I notified the company and they informed me I need to wait longer. My child needs clothes immediately, so I was forced to purchase more clothes for her elsewhere. The issue has not been resolved. I paid for products and never had them delivered to my address, which I confirmed with them was correct.Business Response

I made a purchase to Gerber Childrenswear online in the amount of $636.50 on January 8, 2024. I paid through a third party app called ******* Since January 10, 2024, I have been reaching out to Gerber via email and phone calls and have been giving the run around. They told me to dispute through ******* ****** kept declining my dispute because Gerber kept providing proof of delivery. I appealed the dispute telling them that the proof of delivery from ***** does not show my door number in the picture and I live in an apartment with a million of the same doors on this property. The package was not left in front of my door. Ive been in a consistent back and fourth with ****** until they finally said it was nothing more they could do and I needed to go through the merchant because the money I paid ****** was paid to Gerber and they could not refund money they didn’t have. While in the back and fourth with ******* I was also contacting Gerber and they were not helping me. Saying they would escalate my situation every time I asked to speak with a supervisor, someone would email me saying they have proof of delivery then NEVER email back when I told them it was delivered to the wrong door. I was then disrespected by a representative by the name of Nicki on June 21, 2024 when I called trying to get help and her response was it was probably going to be nothing management can do to help me and I need to speak with *****. I then tried multiple times to file a claim through ***** but the shipping service they used will NOT allow me to file a claim. I have been disrespected, looked over, not helped. GERBER have NOT tried to resolve my problem. I JUST HAD A BABY AND I AM OUT OF MONEY AND CLOTHES FOR THAT BABY. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.Business Response

I first want to state that I have been trying to get in touch with management at Gerber since January and they replied to the BBB first instead of a paying customer. There is no dispute in place with ******* I have tried to dispute multiple times through ****** and it was declined because you all keep sending "proof of delivery". ****** notified me that I paid ****** and they intone paid Gerber, which is why they can not accept the dispute if you all do not approve it. Once again, like I have told you all several times, there is NO door number in this picture, meaning this is not proof of delivery and I have already discussed that with my attorney. I live in an apartment building and it is no telling which door you left my package in front of. I have been out of money and merchandise since January. This is so unprofessional, and almost seems like a scam. upon reading other complaints, I am appalled that you all are even running a business this way. I have attached pictures of my ****** account and the Gerber order payed in full, NO DISPUTE OR REFUND. I have also attached the proof of delivery picture with no door number.
