      We placed our first order for 4 items of newborn clothing on 9/13/24. On 9/19 I was notified that my package was delivered (and the online portal made it look like Gerber thought all 4 items were included). When I opened it, only 2 of our items were included. When I wrote customer service today to ask if the other items were on their way, it was not only confirmed that Gerber considered the order completely delivered but one of the items they knew hadn't been shipped (part of a mix & match set) because it was out of stock and there had been no action on their part to notify me or provide a refund despite not being able to provide the item!
      To recap:
      - I received only 2 items of 4 ordered
      - 1 of the items not sent was part of a mix & match set. I was not given the option to not have the other part of the set delivered, Gerber just made the choice for me to sent a partial set. Then they took NO action to refund the cost of the out of stock item until I started a ticket with their team. They were going to keep the cost of the out of stock item unless I made an issue.
      - Another unreceived item was not addressed at all except to shift blame to the delivery service, which made no sense with the undamaged nature of the package that was received at the correct address. Issue likely originated at their shipping warehouse.
      - While they are refunding me the two items that didn't arrive (one known by them, one they claim they didn't know wasn't sent), I am still left paying for half an outfit set that I wouldn't have ordered if the completed set in-stock status would have been listed correctly on their website.
      Considering our first order with them as a company was botched so badly, we're not trusting this company again. I wish I had seen a review like this before I placed my order, so I'm hoping this helps other people make a decision to avoid this company's online store.

      I have contacted Gerber multiple times over the last 2 weeks after my package was delivered to the wrong address and they have yet to do anything except ignore my communications. I have informed them of my missing packages via email / chat / phone and requested to speak with a supervisor after being completely blown off by everyone I spoke with.

      $117.86 worth of clothes lost and Gerber does not care in any way about the impact to my family.

      I wish I could give 0 to this company. I purchased saturday March 30, then I noted that I had some issues with my card and I tried to cancell and it was not possible.

      Minutes later I was calling gerber and couldnt reach them, then I found an email and wrote them many times without getting reply because the weekend.

      I got reply monday April 1st, that my order was ready to ship (no ship) just ready to ship it to Miami (to my courier office) and they can not cancell it.

      I am in Dominican Republic, for me returning a package is more expensive than the total of my purchase...I dokt know why they are bot able to cancell the ship and make a refund.

      I explaint to them my situation and they saw that I was trying to reach them on time but they were not working. I left emails with the intention that they see it monday morning but no, they dont want to help me.

      Placed an order on 11/6/23. Part of the order finally shipped on 11/20/23 at 8:30pm. We never received the rest of our order, zero communication from Gerber - just the message “We are currently preparing these items for shipping.” when I view my order. On 1/27/24 a refund for that part of the order showed up in my account. Never any communication from Gerber Childrenswear.

      My experience is pretty similar what previous reviewers have expressed. Took 12 business days (over two weeks) to process the order. No one picks up the phone. Thankfully delivery took only four days. And then I see part of my order is missing, turns out they didn’t upload online inventory and it was out of stock, but they had charged me anyway! Customer service is laughable. I only ordered from them because of a good sale and free shipping promotion. Won’t be buying from their website again.

      Hello my name is ****** and I placed an order on my boyfriends (***** *******) account for are 2 twin nieces Unfortunately such a great amazing experience turned out to be a nightmare for us because of Gerber! I ordered these for a baby shower I attended to on the 25th. Says my “package was delivered already” ***** took a picture but that’s not even my front door, I have a floor matt at my front door this door doesn’t. So I went to my nieces baby shower without the stuff that I have purchased all bc Gerber don’t know how to do anything right!!! NOW THERE IGNORING ME AND WONT REPLY BACK TO ME SINCE DAYS!!!?????????? UNACCEPTABLE WHAT KINDA CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT TO NOT REPLY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!?????? NEVER BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS AGAIN

      I wish I could give zero stars for the poor customer service I have received. I placed and order on June 28th. My debit card was charged on June 29th. It is now July 10th and my order has yet to be shipped. I emailed customer service on July 6th and I was told it was due to a high volume of orders. But it's been 13 days. There's seriously no excuse for this and it's completely unacceptable. I could have spent my money elsewhere and my son would have clothes that actually fit him. I've been doing his laundry almost every day because he only has a few pieces of clothing and unfortunately since my money was taken before the items were shipped I don't have the money to buy him clothes from somewhere else. At this point he probably won't even fit the clothes when they arrive. If they ever do. So I asked for my order to he canceled and for my money to be refunded. We'll see how long it takes. This is completely ridiculous and as a new mother this unnecessary stress is just upsetting.
