    "Had an approved credit application and working a deal on a used certified vehicle and they took a deposit from another person and sold it out from under me. The deal and credit application was on the specific vehicle and we had agreed to purchase the vehicle and they took a deposit and sold it while we were on the way to pickup the car."

    "I took my took my car in because my turbo had went bad in my car and had to be replaced,they called back an told me they had to change oil to due to the turbo had some chips that had gotten in my oil,then they said my battery was bad,along with my warranty my 100 dollar deductible i paid 474.dollars then i got home,i notice that my arm on my rear view wind shield wiper was broken,i called back up there to ask about it he said we did't go in the trunk,which was a lie because when the tow truck driver loaded my car the car seat was in the trunk,but when i picked my car up it was in the back seat that's how i no,i called back up there he told me to talk to the tow truck driver i did and he said he didnt go in the trunk you was there i said yes i was,i gave the guy a call back told him again he then said well i dont no if you need me call me back i will help you,so then he said hold on ,he left me on hold so long the phone hung upthe next day i called him back left him a message on his voice mail he never call me back so 2 weeks later my check engine light came on said low oil pressure,so i call up there they had me come up there ,when i got there they checked out my car then the guy said oh we forgot to reset the code so after that was done i told him about my arm on my rear view wiper and he said well that piece he will order it and that it would take a day so made me a appointment to come back ." ...
