I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Big O Dodge. We brought our vehicle in for air conditioning repairs on two separate occasions, and the total cost ended up being over $1,500. Despite this substantial expense, they only guaranteed the parts they replaced and refused to guarantee their overall workmanship.

It’s incredibly frustrating to pay such a large amount of money and still feel uncertain about the quality of the repairs. If something goes wrong due to their workmanship, they made it clear that we would be out of luck. This lack of accountability is unacceptable and not what I would expect from a reputable business.

I strongly urge others to think twice before choosing Big O Dodge for any repairs. Their unwillingness to stand behind their work is a red flag, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

So am I understanding correctly that this complaint is about something that hasn't happened to parts that we did not replace? I hope that if that is the case then reading this will point out how that makes no sense whatsoever, and this should dismissed/closed out immediately.
I believe our track record and over 41 years in business should stand as a testament to the fact that we do, in fact, stand behind our work. However, I do not think that we should guarantee parts we did not replace or the rest of the vehicle that we have not repaired.

Sold me 2 cars that won't stay running, sold me a tire package they didn't even use any of the times I replaced 3 different tires. They take your money and smile to your face while stabbing you in the back and taking advantage of you. If you don't know how to fix cars, don't have a service department, or better yet, if you can't sell a car that works, close up shop.. And when your staff tells someone they are going to call... Have them call! I've been dealing with this for almost 2 years. Mark deserves to lose his job. And you all need an attitude adjustment. The way you respond to the people below who have left reviews is beyond unprofessional, of course people are emotional during reviews, but your response fuels fire's, not puts them out. Disgusting behavior.

Unfortunately this customer has been unrealistic from the start.
The vehicle runs. Our staff has communicated with her every step of the way.
An owner has been heavily involved throughout the process and directly spoken with her several times. Mark has tried to help, but customer will not accept what is said so he is now the "bad guy". We finally had to agree to disagree and part ways with the customer as there was no reasonable resolution possible.

Anyone thinking about doing business with Big O Dodge on the motor mile on Laurens Rd. DON'T they are rip offs, will half ass fix your Vehicle, over charge you, they have the rudest service people, have no customer service skills what so ever. The Service Manager A.M. is so very rude they take advantage of women, try to over talk you. They have the worsted mechanics on the entire planet. I paid them $3,100.00 to fix my truck and they made it worse than what it was they claimed they put new parts on but it seems like they are the same that was on there cause it's still running the same and now they. Oh! they are nice to you till they get your money then they are rude, nasty talking, very unprofessional, very disrespectful... DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BIG O' DODGE on Laurens Rd. They will over charge you and your vehicle still won't work I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint against them... If your vehicle needs fixing AVOID Big O' Dodge on Laurens Rd take your car, truck or anything your driving to anyone accept Big O' Dodge... Take it to someone that cares about fixing your Vehicle and making sure they do quality work and not a half ass job like Big O' Dodge will do and over charge you for it... Big O' Dodge never buy anything for them they will make you regret they day you ever walked on there car lot... A 1 star rating is to High for them. They are the worst Dealer ship in the Country they should be closed down... They should be closed down... Poor Service, Poor Customer Service, Don't know how to work on any Vehicle... These Insurance companies working with Big O' Dodge should be ashamed of themselves for sending customers to them Big O' Dodge is a Disgrace and that flag needs to come down...

You brought us a 190,000+ mile 2007 pickup truck that hasn't been here in almost five years.
It was wrecked and dropped off not running. We put a starter on it and you supplied a transmission for the vehicle as well as some other parts. Then you call us and cuss our staff out on the phone because there is a noise in the engine(that we didn't work on) that "wasn't there before"... you are belligerent and unreasonable and extremely rude. You shouldn't be allowed to post dishonest reviews for a reputable business. You should be ashamed of yourself and your behavior, and I can assure you that the flag will continue flying proudly.

This is what Big O' Dodge had to say and I want them to prove what they stated: "You brought us a 190,000+ mile 2007 pickup truck that hasn't been here in almost five years. It was wrecked and dropped off not running. We put a starter on it and you supplied a transmission for the vehicle as well as some other parts. My Response to their as I stated before Lies and I have receipts.the work order on the Big O' Dodge letterhead Bill reciept states work order date 06/19/2023 and the date I got my truck was 08/09/2023 so, why did I bring my truck back on 08/11/2023 about the same issues that you had stated you so called fixed . I took my truck to *** to get an alignment because my truck was pulling so bad to the left it would not stay straight in the road but Big O' Dodge stated they did an alignment on my truck they're nothing but LIARS
    1. And you wonder why it has been 5 years it's because Big O' Dodge don't know how to fix anything and the only reason my truck was there than is because my insurance adjusters has a contract with you guys and my truck was not wrecked I hit a big water puddle in the road 5/14/2023 I was not in a car accident at anytime so, let's just clear that lie up. 2. My truck was running when it was sent to you but the mechanic that was assigned to fix my truck QUIT and I was never told nor was the claim adjuster of my insurance so, it sat at Big O' Dodge body shop for 2 Big whole Months and that is what killed my battery and I had to call the claim adjuster to let them know that my truck was just sitting there so, the Big O' Dodge could get off there lazy butts and attempt to fix my truck. 3. the parts you supplied where (Rear Brakes, Rear Brake Rotors, Rear shocks, Front sway bar links, Front sway bar bushings, Outer tie rod ends, you supposed to had done an Alignment NOT DONE, rear pinion seal, starter, rear diff cover leak... I purchased the Transmission myself with my own money from POWERTRAIN Co. Because Big O' was over pricing there parts and I also purchased with my money the rear leak spring and the leak Spring Hardwar kit from ******* **** a lot cheaper Big O' Dodge just charged me the labor to put those parts on. And as far as my battery goes it was a new battery with warranty but since C.W. stated he put me a new one in with no charge I accepted that but I'll see how long that battery will last if it was really a new one. .3. Now! as far as me cussing on the phone to anyone at Big O' Dodge is a BOLD face LIE you guys records your calls for quality assurance now play the recording for anyone on the date I called in so, I can hear where I cussed at anyone at Big O' Dodge however, I was a little loud because when I was trying to have a conversation with E. the service manager and C. W. I was outside in my yard and had my headphones on as I stated to them both I was not yelling. but they wanted me to bring the truck up there an was going to charge me to look at my truck and I stated to them why shouid I have to pay for something that should of been fixed in the beginning that I have already paid for yes! I was a mad an may have raised my voice than but cussing I did not even once. They were both was very unprofessional C.W. was trying to over charge me for the work and so, he stated he was going to go back in and do some re-figuring and he got to the original price we agreed upon and he said he just gave me the battery at no charge. As far as Big O' Dodge stating they are going to continue to fly that American flag proudly that is shameful and NOTHING to be proud about being DISHONEST, LIARS, UNPROFESSIONAL, RIP OFFS and I'm gonna continue to post my statement on Facebook everyday till I want to STOP. MIS-REPRESENTING as I stated the American flag LURING people onto the car lot under FALSE PRETENSE. You're stating I should be ashamed I'm not for exposing your THIEVES and LIARS, UNPROFESSIONAL RIP OFFS, MONEY HUNGRY, CAN'T FIX ANYTHING IF YOUR REALLY TRIED for who you really are. It is Big O' Dodge whom should be ashamed and tired of ripping the people off of their hard earned money and selling them lemon vehicles.. You are a bunch of SCAMMERS that needs to be closed down.. Get some real mechanics to fix people vehicles and stop selling lemons to people knowing they been wrecked or have bad *** ***..

Untrustworthy dealership, would recommend taking your business elsewhere. Do not trust the trade in/sell your vehicle process.

This company sold me a 2020 ram after telling the salesman I just turned in a non disclosed wrecked car. The company sold me truck that was also previously wrecked. The divisiveness of this company is unreal. When I sat down to sign the paperwork they had us sign the last page of the *** *** while never letting us see the history. When confronted they waved the signed paper and told us they are clear. I would never recommend this company to anyone not even my worst enemy. And from the salesman being a veteran and screwing another veteran just shows what money will do to people. Under consumer law they are supposed to reveal the history of any vehicle. To hide it is against the law. To the staff at Big O Dodge I can promise you messed with the wrong veteran. So buckle up buttercup.

Customer signed and had full access to ****** report and CPOV information. We don’t negotiate with terrorists. Customer bragged about giving ****** a hard time and they paid him to go away…it’s just sad how some people act.

Well there goes another lie. And by state law you have to inform me of this accident but neglected too. Good try on getting around consumer law and never handing me the *** *** just having me sign the 3rd page means nothing. You have a duty by consumer law and you neglected that from the get go. But nice try slithering around the law.

My Ram 1500 died at the golf club so had it towed to Big O on Tuesday morning and arrived around 8am. The tech stated it sounded like a dean battery so told him to please just give it fixed. Nothing heard from them by Friday so called and asked to speak with the service manager but never was able to speak with him and had to talk with a young lady in service. She finally came back online and stated the manager would go find out what was going on. After a few minutes of holding, she was back online and stated they had gotten a lot of tow in and thus why they hadn't started on mine but try to see what was wrong with it today Friday which was four days after being towed in. Got a call from a mechanic around lunch and stated it was the battery so I stated to please replace, and he told me it would be $497 for the battery which you can buy in an auto parts store for $110. He also stated I needed to replace the throttle linkage and replace the brake fluid which the total would be $907. It is now 5:41 pm and still no call even though the mechanic told me he would complete the items today. They wonder why customers don't bring their vehicles back for service. I have purchased numerous vehicles from Big O but am fairly certain I have purchased my last Big O vehicle!!!!

Customer had truck brought in on Tuesday with no appointment. We got to it as soon as we had some time to work it in. The work was started on Friday and finished on Saturday morning. The customer was called and informed that the work was finished and he said he would pick up on Monday. He did indeed pick up the truck earlier today without incident. I wish we could get to every vehicle as soon as it comes in but we are quite busy in the service department, and therefore we are not able to stop working on other customer's vehicles to get right on every tow-in. The battery itself was $252 and I don't think that there is an equivalent battery available for purchase anywhere else for $110. I actually priced an entry level 35 series battery from Advance Auto Parts over the weekend and the cheapest one was $189 and that battery won't even work in a fullsize pickup(not for long anyway). We really appreciate Mr ******** business and hope he will still consider us in the future.
