    "This company is the worst of the worst their lack of urgency and paying off and getting my financial papers processed in time, including my gap insurance and providing faults information back to the total payoff was incredibly unacceptable. Now they just have a ding on my credit that just won’t go away and they refuse to take off I did everything right to work with this company and was not at fault accident That they just continue to hold over my head for their lack of urgency of processing paperwork please avoid."
