10/31/23 gave initial quote of $13,550 for concrete work. We declined.
11/16/23 Jaime R******** reached out with a new quote of $7159. We agreed to the amount.
11/29/23 paid $4000 down payment via ********** and a contract was signed for the quote.
12/4/23 Jaime R******** texted stating that he misquoted us and the job would be $13,000. We declined and advised that we wanted a refund of our down payment.
12/5/23 and 12/8/23 my husband texted about the refund. Also on the 8th he texted a man named "Austin" in accounting who assured us that he would look into it.
12/8/23 also followed up via email.

1/3/24 Jaime R******** advised that we should contact Marshall T*****
1/10/24 wrote email to Jaime R******** and Marshall T***** advising that we would seek legal action if the money was not refunded. Mr. R******** wrote back to email advising, again, to contact Marshall T*****, who had been included in the email.
3/21/24 Tried one last time to contact Austin via phone and text but there was no answer. Phone number for Austin: ************.
Upon researching the business on ****** reviews, it appears as if the company was so poorly reviewed under the name "********" that they had to rebrand. The reviews show this action to be part of a larger pattern of behavior by this company.Initial Complaint

Driveway has a number of large what appears to be oil stains and other things e.g. unfinished edge to driveway, tire tracts, discoloration. My primary focus has been apparent "oil stains" See photos .
Company has not responded to communications regarding this problem. Communications included: Completion of company on-line claim form, texts, emails, letters, telephone calls to officers of the company, e.g. Owner CEO, Vice President, Regional Operations Director, Project Team Members, Office Staff.
Prior to contacting company about this problem, contact from the project team was frequent and good. The job was completed on December 21, 2023. My communications with company took place consistently January, 2024 through April 2024.Initial Complaint

The job was for *** *** **** **** *** ********* **. I paid them $9,662.00 on December 7th 2023 wich was half of the bid as a deposit. In February I met again with the field rep at the site and found out they could not do the job they promised. I was told I would get a refund and never have and have been actively trying. I had a concrete company come out and pour my driveway. They did not pour the concrete correctly and to the specifications stated in the contract. With several attempts to try to resolve this issue. The company was not very competent and basically told me it was done right without stepping foot on the job site.Initial Complaint

We had the Driveway Concrete company come to our home for an estimate, which took several time because the estimator per the office manager did not complete correctly. Well we finally got the estimate correct, signed the contract, and paid 4,319 as a down to start the job. On Nov 13 when the construction manager came to review the job to start that week later, he said he could not do it per the estimate and contract and that it would cost much more that was in the contract. The office manager offered to cancel with a full refund as no materials had been ordered and it was their fault. So we canceled and the office manager said that I would get a full refund, but 2 months into the process nothing. I called the main offices and they said it was in process, but nothing came. I called several more times and they said an office person would call and let us know. Nothing. Next thing, they would no longer take my calls. As of today 5 months later, nothing. This is criminal to take someones money, not do a job, and not refund it. It would be great if they would have some integrity and send me my refund.Initial Complaint

July 10, 2023 my husand and I had Concrete Driveway Co. pour concrete for our new driveway. The cost was $19, 879.00. After just days of the pour, we had large cracks in the concrete. So large in fact, chunks of concrete came out. We reached out to our sales rep Mark P, He suggested we file a claim and send pictures. We did. We did not hear back after a month so we contacted Mark P again. He again stated the same thing... which we did again. After 3 months of no resolution, we escalated our claim to Mark P's manager - Mark C. Mark C has still not responded after numerous text messages or calls. We cannot get this company on the phone, nor at the very least, have management respond to our texts. It seems Concrete Driveway Co. has changed it's name, possibly more than once. We just want this company to honor their part of the warranty and fix our driveway!Initial Complaint

Signed contract on 6/6/23 for driveway & patio. Pd half up front as they demanded ($4900.00) on 8/23/23. After multiple cancelations and delays and unable to get scheduled, the rep, C.....B.... encouraged us to cancel, which we did on 9/5/23. He promised to get refunded and we atre still waiting almost 5 mths later. That rep was let go or left company. Talked with new rep, financial person at HQ, left multiple voice messages, emails, the most recent to A...D..., the VP. NOT ONE RESPONSE. We want our money back. Thank you. The concrete work they performed on the patio of the back of my home is cracking. I started trying to touch base with this company nearly 2 months ago by calling the office. They directed me to fill out a claim, which I did, with included pictures. I never heard back. Two weeks later, I touched base again. The office staff said they would pass on my information. I didn't hear back. I caked again and they gave me an email for James T*****, I emailed him. Never heard back. I emailed him again twice, he said he didn't get the pictures. I resent them via email & text. Now over a month went by with no word back from them. I called the office again yesterday and got an automated text. I responded via the text. I caked the office again 5 minutes ago and left s voice-mail. I received another 2 of the same automated texts, which I replied to. I'm not hearing back from anyone and can't get them to call me or email. This whole ordeal is going on 2 months long. It's ridiculous that they won't call a customer back when I've done everything they asked, submitted, and resubmitted pictures of proof of the cracks, and have called the office nearly 10 times and emailed nearly 5.Initial Complaint

Received a quote on 12/4/23, this was a promotional deal with a $2100 discount if I signed, paid a 50% deposit and had the work performed in 2023. I was also told that it should be done while temp was above 40 degrees. I paid the 50% deposit of $5896.75 on 12/15/23. My job was scheduled for 12/26/23. I was notified on 12/18/23 that job was being rescheduled to 1/3/24 as the concrete co was closed for the Holidays. Received another txt on 1/2/24 @ 3:30 pm saying that job was postponed due to delays in previous days schedule and staffing issue. No other details were provided nor did they offer another date or option. Due to no other dates provided, I asked to cancel the job and give my deposit back. The salesperson said he would request a refund. I've sent numerous attempts to contact the reps, accounting and all I get is a vague response that it's in progress or no response at all. They accounting department will not provide any details and the salesman will only say to contact the accounting department via email as they don't accept calls. I fee like I've been scammed and don't know where to turn for help. I have disputed this credit card transaction with AMX due to paying and not receiving services. This is currently under review, the dispute was filed on 1/13/23. I have detailed dates of all txt, conversations, emails, and receipts but all will not fit in the allotted space/characters so attaching outline with additional details. I want a full refund form this company as the failed to deliver services on agreed upon date. The temperatures in my area are now to cold to proceed with this job. I can't afford to have this money tied up for months and no longer have confidence that they are a legit company. All rep have been extremely rude since payment was made. They were very aggressive to close the dell and pour the driveway before 2024, they failed to honor their contract.
