    I have done business with Lightning for over 20 years. I have my termite bond with Lightning and they perform termite inspections on my home regularly. It is easy to make an appointment. Technicians are always on time. They perform a thorough inspection inside and outside. You are given a written report indicating findings. The staff are professional and personable. I highly recommend Lightning.

    The owner of Lightening did our treatment. We are putting in a new patio and got the ground treated prior to pouring the concrete. He was very nice and came on time just prior to the concrete guys. We are very happy with Lighting Termite.

    Maurice, the inspector, was great. Super friendly, very thorough, advice on things to look for. Lightning Termite has always been on top of my inspections, giving me time to schedule them & squeezed me in when my own schedule wasn't flexible. The front office is also very courteous and able to track down the answers to my questions in a timely manner. Respect from, and for, the whole team.
