    The technician was very professional and seemed to know his job well. He was pleasant and took his time to check, what I thought was everything. The only thing that was not checked that they checked on previous inspections was the inside attic or inside areas of the home. Overall I thought everything went well. This was the 5 year inspection, where they resprayed my home foundation. I have had this company since I have had my home built in 1999. I can only trust that they do there job well, but I can attest to 25 years of not having termites.

    I have done business with Lightning for over 20 years. I have my termite bond with Lightning and they perform termite inspections on my home regularly. It is easy to make an appointment. Technicians are always on time. They perform a thorough inspection inside and outside. You are given a written report indicating findings. The staff are professional and personable.
