    Atrocious! I can't believe that ***********, FL government would allow this marketing scam machine be tied to their information when changing your address. I don't know if it was the **** or Miami-Dade but I went to change my address moving within the same area code and it locked me into accepting at least one "discount" or "coupon" to save on my move - would not let me X out or close. I think I actually finished everything and then this happened but I'm not sure. Then it said my voting registration would not be complete until I printed, filled out and mailed a form in which I thought was just Florida's deceptive way of stopping people from voting! I had to get their email and download the form. I tried and it had a passcode locking me out with instructions to use my old zip - new zip and that wouldn't work so I have been searching how to find out what to do and the website doesn't even open or seem to exist. Then I find a phone number wait ChatGPT and I call and they lock me into a promotional recording to buy some hearing device. It's INSANITY!! I finally realized I must be being totally scammed and I went online separately with the government website to check my voter registration and it looks like I'm all set with my new address. OMG nightmare. They should be shut down immediately. Whoever comes up with stuff like this to waste people's time should be found liable and owe consumers money! Terrible, terrible, terrible. Luckily I found others complaints on the BBB so I knew it was a scam. Thank you BBB for existing. If only you could shut down this company!!! ***** on the owners. Shame, Shame, Shame

    A ridiculous spam machine, its shameful that **** would associate with this annoying company. I tried to update my voter registration and I ended up on a car insurance website with no way to opt out? This is CLEARLY voter suppression. Generate ad revenue all you want but I LITERALLY couldn't opt out. GO BANKRUPT. Seriously.

    Absolute ******** ************* marketing scam. I can't believe a government associated entity would be pushing such a scammy misuse of personal information on people. It claims to help you with voter registration but not before selling your data to 3rd parties by forcing you to select at least one of the offers to continue.

    I find it absolutely disgusting that our own federal government something our tax dollars already pay for is charging us $1.10 for any type of service the US postal service gets their money through postage and either way I am so sick of how something like the postal service is asking for more and more and more money we could automate all of what the postal service does yet we still continue to allow these people these huge pension filled jobs where they just are dreadfully horrible to customers. On top of that they're outsourcing to companies like my move to allow us the customer to be pumped full of bull c*** junk mail each and every month.

    Scam. They tried to get more personal info from me. After exiting their site, ****** Lifelock called me and said that someone was trying to steal my identity. If I could give them 100 negative stars I would.

    MYMOVE will not let me opt out of them sharing my information. I was not aware they were a data broker when I put in a change of address as this was suggested by FEMA when I was hit by hurricane ***. I thought this was something FEMA set up to help me. BE CAREFUL as I wish I had checked with BBB before I gave them my information. It is both SPAM and a SCAM.

    Would give it zero stars if I could. This is one of the worst experiences I have come across. It's straight up predatory. **** needs to cancel this partnership as soon as possible. You cannot avoid giving them your data since they are holding your CHANGE OF ADDRESS as effectively collateral to fill out their form. It's utterly insane. Even worse, they'll put this in front of the ***** REGISTRATION CHANGE. I mean this feels unconstitutional at worse. Absolutely horrifying.So this company is taking your data forcefully by being an exclusive partner of **** and having **** redirect you to their services in ****************** your address and update your voter registration. If you do not submit their form, they WILL NOT update your voter registration. You get follow-up emails proving this.
