About 11 months ago, this company who has been charge of the *** which has yet to be turned over to the homeowners here on behalf of **** homes allowed a landscaper to spray my new sod with round up around my home killing large sections of my yard. I called the company and also the *********************** pesticide division so that it could be looked at, I sent the company pictures, asking them to repair the damage that their company at the time had caused by installing new turf around the areas that has been damaged. They have constantly put off addressing the issue, and now I have a mud hole around my house. It is unfortunate but this company feels like they are beyond answering to the homeowners even though they collect the home owners association dues. They just tried to wait out the homeowner without responding as such.

      Dear *******,

Our records indicate that on November 16, 2022 we received a complaint regarding the damage to your yard.  The information provided to our team was sent directly to the landscaper the following day to be addressed.  Both Kuester and your ***** of ********* followed up multiple times with the landscaper to address the noted issue.  Unfortunately, due to the experience you have had, along with many other service issues that were identified, it was determined that it was in the best interest of the Association to find a new landscaper for your community.Your ***** worked diligently to initiate new landscaping services and in January of this year, a new landscaper began serving your community.

It should be noted that it is never our intent to intimidate or ignore owners. We have been working with your ***** to address your noted concern from the day after you submitted the work order, but unfortunately have received significant pushback from the landscape service provider.

We do want to reassure you that we have once again reached out to the landscaping company responsible for the damage to your lawn and have received an email confirmation from them stating that they have spoken with you and will be coming to your property to ensure proper resolution of your issue.  Our team will continue to closely monitor this issue to ensure it is properly resolved.

We do apologize that you have had such a bad experience with the landscaper but would like to reassure you we have taken proactive measures to try to prevent similar future occurrences by working with your ***** to bring on a new landscaper for your community.  Again, we will continue to monitor this issue for you.
