All work is custom made to the specifications of the customer. We assist the customer in picking out the moulding, matting and glazing for each work of art, photos or memorabilia that they have. The customer signs off that they are happy with the selections that have been made and with the pricing before we begin there project. Therefore, we do not refund or exchange for custom work.
