    I spoke with both the hotel and the corporate guest relations. Names are Angel and manager Cher. The reference number for the call is ***********. I explained to them that while utilizing the app to book a room I put in the correct dates and then saw there was a military rate for the room. When I did this it somehow changed the dates and I did not notice until we showed up on the correct day. It was an honest mistake. The hotel and corporate was not willing to do anything at all to help with this mistake and also charged me more than the amount on my invoice which I prepaid for. It was supposed to be 154.07 and I was charged 168.06. It is criminal to charge me the full amount for not even staying there, but more crimp to charge me more than the original amount and not be willing to do anything at all to help with the situation. I have now had to pay for two hotel rooms to stay just the one night. I am a mother of four small children and my husband is in the military. We do not make a lot of money and we’re only in town for his brother’s army graduation. This is a huge financial burden on our family and I just expect more hospitality from such a big business. Also a no show fee should not be the full amount it costs for their services you aren’t receiving. I was also not provided a respect and told I could just challenge the charge with my bank.
