    The wrong apartment was given to me when it was time for me to move in and also was wasn’t cleaned properly hours before my moving time therefore all the carpets were still wet. I got told there was nothing they can do and then they changed my apartment next day. Told me I needed to wait on my keys. It has now been a month for me to get my mailbox key and my second key and now they are making it seem like it is my fault when they never gave me the key at move-in, the new apartment has broken floorboards that they don’t care to fix the apartment. Office manager is very rude, and does not try to at least help the tenants here she would just rather raise her voice and tell us what she can’t do. They never answer the phone. You can be standing in the office and calling them and they will not answer the phone . Corporate office can’t be found anywhere!!!

    I moved in without being able to see the condition of the apartment I would be living in. There is graffiti on the walls, the apartment is not move-in ready. I have called once a week for maintenance, and have been given the management office go to statement. "Maintenance is taken care of broken air conditioners throughout the complex." The corporate office number is not listed and the management office has not returned any of my calls.
