    I don't want anything from Harwell Home Appliance LLC, I just want to warn the public not to use this company for repairs. The owner is not a reliable person, it seems that everything that comes out of his mouth suspect. He came to our home on August 22 to find out why our LG refrigerator quit working. He said it normally take 5-7 to get parts, checked the next week told problem with manufacture would be later that week. On 9/07 /22 our son passed away in Ohio, so I Chris when parts came to hold and would contact him upon our pending return. On 9/13/22 I contacted him to schedule to have refrigerator repaired he said 9/19/22 at 10 am well that time came NO show, after finally being able to reach him, I found out the parts had never been ordered from LG. After speaking with LG parts were delivered next day to Chris. He said he would come Thursday, NO show again. After much much drama he said he would come Saturday. After working 8-9 hrs. refrigerator still not working. I told him to come back Monday to finish, on Monday he said he would be here at 12:30 No show again. He said it was my fault that it wasn't fixed because I couldn't wait on him being able to get the correct gas. I told him if he had followed up on things we wouldn't be in this mess. He told me that my problem wasn't something he woke up worrying about he had other customers. I finally had enough, and I Fired him. Well, he had left some of his tools in our garage he texted me I need my equipment and Freon asap I replied I need my refrigerator Fixed. I then told my husband that I would be seeing a police officer at my door in a few days. Well, 9/28/22 I had a knock at my door an officer from the Sheriff dept said that we were holding his tools and wouldn't let him have them A BIG LIE he wasn't man enough to show up at our door. This person is a very unreliable nonprofessional who needs to get his act and a liar to boot.
